Posted .Hello Danny, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that you're not having a 5-star experience with your Dyson DP04 Pure Cool. The Dyson Pure Cool DP04 air purifiers, will feature two airflow modes, a fan mode and a backward airflow mode for cooling and purifying both in winter and summer. These two modes, along with the airflow setting ranging from 1 - 10, and an adjustable oscillation angle from 45 degrees to 350 degrees, helps project purified air around the whole room.
