Easy set up, works great. Easy to control, love it

We bought this during a bunch of local fires and air quality was really bad. The fan was easy to assemble (1 minute), easy to operate. It comes with a remote that magnetically attaches to the body of the fan so you don’t ever have to lose your remote. We use this on the “auto” setting and think it’s vastly improved the air quality in our home.

I bought this for my husband to use in our downstairs. We placed it on a table located in a Central location and it keeps the entire downstairs very cool. He also has very bad allergies and I can ALWAYS (and the ONLY time I can tell) tell when it is on and when it is off by listening to his reactions to allergens ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS FAN!!!!

I was impressed at how well this fan works. I have cats and can't use regular bladed fans. This fan has a lot of power. It does get a little noisy at the higher speeds, but delivers a nice cool breeze. The air filter is a big plus as is the remote control. Worth the money.

Works great. Detects levels accurately. Tested it by spraying febreze or putting it in the kitchen while cooking and it kicks in full when in auto mode. Also great that you can track and control the fan on your phone while away from home. I like being able to check the temperature of the living room for the cats while at work!

Decided to spend some white people money and got us a mother F'n Dyson!!!! I'm basically rich now. Second purchase. Third if you count the vacuum! Man that thing sucks! I highly recommend! Everybody should have one. Can't wait till they start making cars!

This is possibly the best purifier you can buy. I noticed a real change in air quality right away. We had our air quality checked before buying and they said it was good but I can tell you we can breath easier and we get less stuffed up. Use a filter or be a filter I guess.

I love this device. It keeps the air in my room clean and is always giving me that nice stream of air flow that I love. It works great with the app. The reason for me 4 stars is because the magnet remote always falls off and it’s warm in the room except the area the fan is blowing directly at. But still I love my dyson one of the most expensive house hold items I’ve bought and I do feel it is worth it.

We use it down stairs to filter out particles from the air. The idea was to help keep the air clean with COVID running around. My wife got COVID and isolated up stairs and I never got COVID while living down stairs.

It’s pretty great, you could control it an app and a remote. I like how it analyze everything on the app. It could be a little loud when it’s on the max but it’s just like you sleep with a fan on. But they also have a sleep mode and you can’t hear anything while it working. I would recommend it

I bought this at the start of spring time when I kept waking up so stuffed up that it was hard to even breathe. This thing works so well that I can breathe much more clearly now and dont wake up stuffy anymore.

The Dyson does a great job in purifying as well as delivering cooler air, particularly important to me since my bedroom is on the top floor of the house and can get uncomfortably warm. The Dyson gives a great boost to the a/c in keeping air cool and clean and thereby providing more restful sleep.

Love these fans! A bit pricey but with the horrible air quality during fire season, these machines are a great help indoors. 1 star down for value, as you can find other great branded air filters for significantly less money.

We’ve been wanting a Dyson cooler for some time and we finally purchased this combination unit. We love that it includes the air purifier. It works perfectly in our medium sized room that just doesn’t seem to cool down by other methods. Great purchase!

Omg this is amazing! I never knew a candle polluted the air for so long. Once I turned this one the are was -200 after 60 minutes it was at 1%.... the fan blows atleast 12ft away. Love it. Worth every penny.

Wanted to get this due to pet dander / fend off allergies - and it works like a charm. The Dyson app is pretty neat too, you can control it from your phone. Very well constructed, I would highly recommend this item if you're looking for an air purifier.

First off, I have to say that Dyson customer service is top notch. They are very responsive and eager to sort out any issues you might have. I say this, because my first DP04 arrived with a manufacturing defect in the plastic of the air 'ring'. It was an unsightly molding issue, that hindered the aesthetics of the otherwise beautiful looking machine. And lets face it, we tend to buy Dyson products for their aesthetic quality as one of the key purchasing features, along with quality, reliability and ease of use. I contacted Dyson and their return and exchange program worked pretty much flawlessly. Thank you Dyson. Now on to the product review! The DP04 arrived in a bright and interesting box, with lots of information and claims on the outside about the fan/purifier. Opened it up and took out the fan. It was a little smaller than I was expecting, but it definitely packs a punch. Under the fan are the HEPA filters and carbon filters. Unwrap them and place them inside the filter housing at the bottom of the fan. There is a HEPA and a carbon filter on each side of the fan. Two clips release the casing for the filters. Nice and easy. Once installed, I plugged in and turned on the fan with the power button. The little LED/LCD screen lights up with bright colors and a green line. The green line lets you have a clear understanding of the air quality. If it's green, then great, thumbs up, the air is nice and clean in that room. Yellow, you should be concerned, orange isn't good, and red, well, what are you still doing in that room!!! The purifier has several different modes, which can be controlled by the included little remote control that conveniently attaches magnetically to the outer white ring (so hopefully you won't lose it), or by a smart phone with a downloadable Dyson Link App. You can control fan speed (1-10 or Auto), rotation (0-350 degrees), what is being monitored (PM 2.5, PM 10, VOC and NO2), Wifi status, night mode, and direction of airflow. Advancing through the screens on the LED/LCD screen, you have little icons representing the different modes. Clear and concise information, that is easy to understand. Download the app for more information with an in-depth description of what the DP04 is monitoring. The fan is very, very quiet on lower speeds, when you get up to 8, 9 and 10, there is a noticeable noise, but it is only the sound of air moving through the small aperture. Nothing horrible at all, just what you would expect from a fan moving air around. There is a reverse airflow setting that blows a lower amount of air out of the back of the air 'ring' and doesn't blow directly on the people in front of the fan. This is nice if you want the room to be purified but without being blown around your living room! The base has the ability to tilt the fan backwards or forwards to give you the angle of airflow that you desire, along with a selectable rotational radius of 0 to 350 degrees. Makes it very versatile for covering a room. Mine is placed in my son's bedroom as he has been suffering from allergies a lot recently. The fan appears to have made a great difference to his sleep pattern and the quality of the air he breathes at night. He's no longer coughing or sneezing in his sleep, so the fan is worth it just for that piece of mind. Using the Dyson Link app, you can set up schedules. I have it scheduled to run from 8pm at night until 6am, to cover my son's sleeping habits. It's designed to purify one room, so no need to run it during the day, when we aren't there. The scheduling functionality is very useful. It also has Alexa integration, using Amazon Alexa Skills. Once set up you can control all of the features using voice gestures, which with my son controlling the lights in his room with Alexa is an added 'robot' for him to control. He loves that functionality, and quite frankly, so do I. Overall, this is a well engineered product, with a nice quality build, that Dyson stands behind, and really does do what it says on the box. Very glad that this 'robot' is making a difference to my son's life. Would definitely recommend it to my friends.
