Total game changer. However, the Gen5outsize model I got is a bit creaky in terms of build quality, and can't stand on its own. Also, there is no universal cleaner head on this model, but that's a trade off because again, the green light is a game changer on hardwood (but it's not for carpet). However, it'd be nice if you could use the large head on the hardwood too when there's an even split in your home. Shouldn't have to give up anything for this price.

I used Samsung, Hitachi vacuum before, they were okay, but not really satisfied as the Dyson vacuum.

Me a 30 year old having fun or at least enjoying my cleanup process now. I think the particle analyze is part of the enjoyment. Emptying the unit and replacing the filter is a breeze too. Using the vacuum actually leaves me with the impression that it was wel engineered. I choose this over the german engineered Miele C3 cat & dog. The Dyson has a lot more sucking power and actually lifts my carpet a pit as i run over it. The Miele C3 didn’t have as much suction. Dyson has no problem picking up my pet bird’s feathers and my long hair.

If you have a house (even more so jd its a 2 story house) this is worth the upgrade!

I love the boost mode and seems I cant get more than 10 minutes of life in that mode, even on a full battery. The vaccum is extremely efficient and shows every crumb and speck of dust with green light on the bottom.

I had just ran a mini vac moo over my floors and almost fell out with what i saw was ACTUALLY left on my floors…bow my hoe is for real clean and ill even carry it with me to see at the houses i cleaned at before..just buy it
