Very impressed with the capacity and the green light for dust on hardwood floors. The second battery is also awesome to have with the extra charger so you always have a second battery to plug in for big clean up jobs.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from Mfg.

We had it for a week or so, and started getting error that something was blocking the air flow. A week old to remind you, took it apart according the the troubleshooting guide. No blockage found. Even wash the washable heapa filter. Duh! it was still very white and clean. Called dyson support. Still couldn't figure out the proble, They gave me a return shipping number. I shipped the defective one back to them and they recieved it 3 days later. once the get the defective one, They will ship me a new one. 10 - 15 business days :( STILL WAITING. Poor customer service in regards to getting the customer a new one . Why does the Customer always the one that has to wait? But, for the good news. While the vacuum did work, it pulled dirt out of the carpet that our shark evidently couldn't get just pior to running the dyson over the carpet.

We have four pets, so we vacuum at least once daily if not more. The heads on this vacuum and the cleaning power all in a cordless surprised us, because we expected that kind of power only from a corded Dyson. Hands down, this is the best Dyson vacuum we have owned to date (our third one in close to 20 years).
