Purchasing from Best Buy is a pleasure. I needed the filter and first ordered it from Dyson. What a mistake! Took a week and they sent a tiny vacuum filter instead of this one. Best Buy had it delivered within 24 hours. I recommend using Best Buy. Simple, easy, and fast. By the way, the filter works and was easy to install.

I, in general, am a fan of most Dyson products. These do a great job keeping the air clean. I have multiple animals that are inside the majority of the time. The filters are pricey, but the air is noticeably better than it was.

Well what can I say with this one. I would assume that no one is going to buy a Dyson filter if they don't already have a Dyson fan. I absolutely love my Dyson fan. Having to change the filter once every 8 or 9 months with heavy usage is pretty decent for me. Though when it does come time to change the filter they are a little pricey. But I feel like it's absolutely worth it. And on a side note I do really enjoy how Dyson packages their products.

They do as described. Fit well. I don’t get a full year out of them but when it’s time to change them you can see how much they’ve actually pulled and held from the air. I’d recommend.

I change it every year, and it keeps the air in my house clean and quality , saving money a lot, because I have other air purifiers at home and i need to change the filter every 3 months so Definitely Dyson is the best!!

This Dyson version of the filter is better than the ones from a few years ago. The carbon and Hepa filters are one piece. Great product!

I needed to do my first replacement of the filter and it couldn't have been easier. I reset the filter life on my app and the fan was back up in running in no time. It took me longer to get the filter out of the package than it did to install it.

Overall, I am very pleased with my Dyson air purifier. The filters do a good job of keeping things fresh.I have severe asthma and allergies, so It’s very important for me, especially at night when I’m sleeping. I was a bit disappointed that I had to replace the filters after only three months instead of the usual six months however, we have two dogs and there’s probably a lot of pet dander in the air.

This was my first time using the 2-in-1 Dyson replacement filter. The function is identical and the installation twice as easy when compared to the prior generation of HEPA/carbon filter. The Dyson HP04 was one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Fan & filter have been integral in reducing allergens and making my bedroom feel fresh and clean, 5 years running. I replace the filter, only when prompted by the fan/app, about twice annually.

Yes, you can purchase less expensive filters for your Dyson products, but if you are looking for a quality filter for a quality Dyson product this is the one you need. Just compare the knockoff filters to the Dyson brand and you can see the difference.

Love my Dyson hot/cool fan. Definitely was not a cheap option but works amazing. I blow out the filters every few months to keep them clean. But it was definitely time to repurchase a new filter. Great machine. But make sure you take care of it.
