Amazing! I was looking for a purifier, my boyfriend has horrible allergies. Living L.A, Weather is always unpredictable. This Dyson product offered both hot/ cool air as well as a purifier. to be honest I was skeptical at first, not only because of the price but because sometimes one feature would work better than thee other. I wasn't sure, on which product to but...they offer a heather, a fan or purifier all induvial. I decided to give the all in one a try, worst case scenario i would exchange the product! I purchased this item back in September 2020. almost 5 months later...I am still in love with this item. my boyfriend uses it every single day!!! this helped his Allergies 99% Very grateful for this and worth every penny!

This is easy to use, stylish, and works very well! The only thing I don't like is that there doesn't appear to be an option to just purify, without turning the heat or cool on, and I don't think Dyson does a good job disclosing that.

Another excellent product from Dyson. I bought this as a gift for my daughter for Christmas, first of all, the color is beyond amazing. I wasn’t sure she would like it but that was the first thing she said. As far as everything else, it’s a really good product it’s very quiet for a fan sometimes you do not even realize it is on. The fact that it also has heat is very convenient, I do not have to have two products, this takes place of both. Highly recommended!!. The only thing I find wrong with it is the price, but I bought it before Christmas and got an amazing deal at Best Buy

This product has been the perfect addition to my high cealing, dusty apartment! I can literally feel the difference in air quality with this product in the room, highly recommend investing!

This is one of the best space heaters on the market. Got tired of wasting money on quartz heaters that go bad within a few months, but not this thing.

I bought this for the color and the fact that it has a fan. I have been using it every day and I feel like it helped my allergies. I will even use this during the winter because it also has a heater.

Outstanding, my wife couldn’t be happier. I am also happy because it is very quiet compared to the old fan. It is a little pricey but I believe it is worth it, my allergies have been better.

I love my Dyson fan. I suffer from allergies so the fact that it's a air purifier in a fan and heater makes it immaculate for someone such as myself.

Appliance works as expected and has helped clean the air in our home. It is great that it has hot and cool settings. Adding a little warmth to a room on chilly days is good while purifying the air.

This is the first air purifier I have purchased. The heater is amazing for room. The cooler is quite and is strong at higher levels. I do recommend this for your home.

quiet at low setting , but even when turned up still barely notice it's on. Wanted air purifier for my allergies , bonus it has a heater as well as fan. Works good so far only used it for a few days.

Works great. Definitely recommend just wish it wasn’t so expensive. I I bought it on sale and I feel like it’s worth the price when on sale but wouldn’t pay full price

Wow, this thing cleans quickly. We have an Air Quality Meter we used to test its efficacy, and it works great. We were dealing with terrible smoke in Oregon. The quality indoors got to over 125 PM 2.5 which is in the Unhealthy for Certain Groups. I turned this on, and in 30 minutes, the house was in the green <50 PM 2.5. It's so easy to use and it looks great. The heater is also strong. The drawback would be the cost of the replacement filters. You can buy non-Dyson filters for much less, but I question the quality. Other air filters have cheaper OEM filters.

It's so quiet and makes my open living room area feel toasty warm in minutes. It also does a great job filtering the pet dander/hair, I'm sleeping and breathing much more easily. Worth the splurge!

This thing is great for it’s primary function as an air purifier and fan. The warm air function is a nice addition but not it’s best feature, though it does work fine. It’s a cool-looking piece, too.

Bought it on sale for $399. I needed a heater and air purifier and it was just the right quality product. Worth the price, I don’t wake up feeling congested and our bed room is less dusty

I first bought this Nov 2020 for a Black Friday deal. I've always wanted a Dyson product and loved the idea of having a multi-feature product (especially the air purifying feature). I had a bit of a journey with this product. I have had to buy and return it and then repurchase it. The first time I bought this product it was a disaster. This product is basically fully controlled by the remote it comes with but I don't think that was the issue. The first time I purchase this product some functions worked: on/off button, turning the heat/cool up or down, and the timer feature. The missing features that did not work were: oscillating and flow distribution control features, and it made an irritating grinding noise when it was on. I contacted the Dyson Customer Care services and they just had me troubleshoot it multiple times, often suggesting I check to see if the product was clean, which it was because it was brand new! After some email runaround, the last thing they suggested was that I travel to their care center in the middle of a pandemic almost 200 miles away. After that, I just returned the product to Best Buy. Best Buy accepted it no questions asked and I was able to re-order it right away from the person who took the item back. I suggest you skip Dyson Customer Care and just go to Best Buy, that was a better experience for me. The second purchase was satisfying and that's what'll I'll base the assessment of this product on: PROS: -Timer feature (love it!) -Oscillating feature -The multi-feature functions (have not had to use the cool air feature) -It's sleek and compact design and aesthetic -It really is a smart item, it reads the temperature of the room, working overtime when the temp is not where you want it (a little red light near the temp turns on indicating this), and takes it easier when it has reached the temp you want (red dot turns off). I think this works well if you leave the timer a bit longer than you wanted without making the room overtly warm. I hope it will do this when I try the cool feature during warmer weather. -It really isn't super loud, but do expect some noise, especially when it's getting the room to the temp you want. -The display dims so it's not always on, really great feature at night CONS: -The oscillating feature only works when the Dyson is working to get the temp up to where you want it (a red dot appears near the temp), otherwise it remains static (don't know if this is a defective feature on this machine or it's intentional). If it's intentional I think it should be mentioned (I don't think I read that in any of the instructions).

Have a cat who really brings up the allergies in my room, and since having this device in there i have almost never been sneezing from random allergy attacks in my room. So worth it!

Great design and just what I need when the temperature drops but I don't want to turn my heat up for the whole house.
