Mini-motorhead failure

Although I am having a problem with the "mini motorhead" not functioning. It rotates for around 2 seconds and shuts down and no longer rotates. Please help, I really want this to work.

It has a button to turn it on located on top of the handle which is a pain. Suction okay for no better than a hundred dollar model. Overall, for that much money I was very disappointed in the performance.
