Bought this 2 months ago on sale for 260. It is really convenient and very easy to use. Gave it 4 stars only because I wish the battery lasted a little bit longer for the most powerful mode. But it’s not gotten in the way of cleaning my house as the easy/medium settings run for a while. Since I got it on sale I think it’s been really worth it. So much easier to use than the cord vacuums I had. It’s also light weight and you can easily attach other attachments whenever you want with no hassle.

This version of is super lightweight and love that it lets you know how long the battery life will last depending on which mode you select between eco/med/high. It also has the feature that it de-tangles wrapped hair as you vacuum which is awesome since hair doesn't get stuck to the bristles. Recommend!

I would recommend this vacuum cleaner if you are looking for a light weight, versatile vacuum. It's a Dyson so the vacuum is powerful. I bought this for my daughter to use in her apartment that has mostly hardwood floors. She loves it.

We have a corded Dyson and really love it but wanted a battery operated one that was a little smaller for quick cleanups. We got this one a month ago and its been working great, good suction and battery life, no complaints so far!

I started using this thing and thought it was doing a better job than the other brands i had purchased recently. Then I realized that I had been using this thing in Economy mode. LOL. I turned it up and this thing rocked. Impressed for sure.

I’ve been using this vacuum for a few weeks now, and overall it’s been a great experience. Suction power is excellent — it lifts embedded dirt and pet hair from both carpet and hard floors with ease. The design feels solid and well-built, and it’s surprisingly lightweight, making it easy to carry up and down stairs. I also appreciate the versatility of the attachments, which make cleaning upholstery, corners, and tight spots much more effective. The dustbin is easy to empty and doesn’t make a mess, and the filters are straightforward to remove and clean, which makes maintenance simple. For everyday cleaning, it performs really well and has noticeably cut down the time I spend vacuuming. If there’s one area that could be improved, it’s the battery life — while the runtime is sufficient for quick cleaning sessions, it would be nice if it lasted a bit longer for deeper, whole-home cleans without needing a recharge. Still, even with that limitation, I think this vacuum offers great value and solid performance for most households.

The small space for the dust/lint/dirt requires frequent emptying. I have no problem with this as we were warned about this minor issue. What bothers me is that the mechanism seems very sketchy/ flimsy and not sturdy . Every time I release to empty into trash I am waiting for it to break or come apart

Dyson is the best! It’s super lightweight and runs for a long time. You’ll have to empty the bin into the trash before you’ll have to recharge it. You can clean multiple rooms on one charge. It looks great and it leaves the floor looking awesome!

Love everything about it with the exception of the dust bin. To empty it you need to remove the power device from the pole in order to empty the dirt cup. And then it is very difficult to empty the canister completely. I also find it difficult to remove attachments. I understand the connections need to be snug, but I really don't like have to wrestle with it.

My parents wanted a light stick style vacuum. I did a fair amount of research and knowing Dyson brand they were the only ones with anything under 5lbs that still had a ton of power. My parents love this thing would highly recommend.

I live close to the Atlantic Coast and dry grass is a problem. The new Dyson picks up far better than our old vacuum especialy stiff grass in the carpet! Folks in the store were grate showing us all the features to make sure we got off to a good start!

Great product, works as advertised. Pros: Light weight, not noisy, easy to charge with docking stationg Cons: Effective cleaning only on max mode but battery only lasts for < 15 mins in max mode.

I upgraded to V9 after having the v8 for 5 years. I am impressed so far with the auction power and battery life. It is also super lightweight which makes it so easy to tote around the house. Definitely recommend!

Lightweight and very functional. I have a higher powered version but like this one for quick cleaning and stairs. I bought one for my aging mom as well since price was great. The tank is quite small but i do not mind cleaning it after each use.

Debris was falling back out when vacuum turned off after use, found out there was a clog in the collection tank. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again because Dyson is my preferred vacuum but for the price this shouldn’t happen. I love that this doesn’t scare my cats like my other vacuums.

The cordless feature is handy for large rooms or being in a rush. Very convenient not having to trip on cords. Not the best suction power and inconvenient that the power button has to be held down to work. Would be great if it had a light. But on sale its definitely worth it and a great little gem for stairs and hardwoods.

The best! I wish I had bought this years ago. The corkscrew hair removal feature on the roller beater bar is the best invention. Never have to clear long hair again. It does it as it vacuums! The lightweight stick vac is so convenient to use and no dreaded cord dragging along. We love this!
