It does struggle a little with clumps of hair as it’ll spit it out but it will pick it up after the 2nd try. Also very easy to clean.

It also doesnt reach the baseboard under the kitchen cabinets because the head isn't quite long enough. This is a great idea, but I would wait for an updated model. This is definitely for spot pick ups, not a whole floor, due to the small head.

The omni-directional soft roller head features 2 counter-rotating motorized rollers which move the head forward, backward and side-to-side. The articulating neck on the floor tool is low profile and allows the tool to lay completely flat to reach all areas. Your machine does have a MAX suction mode, for larger debris or more stubborn messes as well.

The dirt trapper broke and couldn’t be fixed. And model no longer available….so I had to purchase the new version. Don’t like it half as much as older model. The dirt trapper is way to small and hard to clean out. Took me awhile to figure out to take it apart. I am am getting more used to it, but honestly I would to have the one that broke…..
