This is by far the best humidifier and purifier I have ever had.

Love my Dyson humidifier. Dyson has been very helpful with any and all questions I’ve had.

When I bought this, I was really stoked because we bought the purifier only fan and it’s been great so far. The humidifier/purifier worked well for a while. But it required a deep clean cycle so we followed the instructions to the letter and it would stop the countdown every 10 seconds. When I googled this issue, I found that this is common. I’m not sure what the issue is, but I had to send it back to Dyson because nothing was resolving. The purifier functionality worked, but the humidifier stopped working until the deep clean cycle was run. So now we are waiting for a replacement during a very dry week that would’ve been made better, had the machine not broken. All in all, great machine with fatal flaws. My recommendation if you want to buy it, get a Best Buy protection plan. You’ll probably get it back faster than if you use the Dyson warranty. They said 10-15 business days.

The look is good, very fancy. Definitely it is one of the best looking humidifier in the market in my opinion. However, it is not efficient. I used it in the bedroom, and it only increases the humid up to 36% when it is on all night. It also nice that it can tell you the voc level in the house which is nice especially when we just changed to a new floor. However when I just decided to keep it for the look, somehow it started to show error message.. and I follow the manual to trouble shoot which did not work. A product that is 800+ dollars should be much reliable than this. So I have to return... I may buy an upgrade version of this machine. But definitely would not recommend this one.

It's a great product and quality. But my only concerned that the humidifiers is not enough for the sinus problem because you can't feel the humidity in the room. This product had good quality and super smart technology because If it detects any particles or bacteria in the air, the monitor turns red and until it purifies the air, the light does not change to green. However, in my case I returned it by the feature of the humidifier it's not enough for my wife sinus problem.

Timing was great for the heat and now the fires. It alerted me of air quality inside becoming unhealthy, and found a window slightly ajar. Minutes after closing it, the quality was back in a healthy range. Fan is good, not overwhelming but having all three components in one make it a great machine.

Just 1 issue that for mine has a weird soft buzzing sound when putting the fan on breeze mode. Overall it’s good.

Very expensive but does a good job at maintaining the temperature and humidity in the room.

I have used this unit for about a year now and have grown to love it. It is quite while operating and helps me control the humidity in my house. I really like the ability to interact with it using the app on my iPhone. The app also provides convenient source of help in trouble shooting and ordering of parts.

Didn’t love this. The humidity part stopped working and wouldn’t complete a clean cycle which then put this moldy water left in the tank. Just seems better to have two separate machines.

It's not as powerful as ultrasonic humidifier, but it comes with all the perks like UV etc. Expensive.

If you are in the market for an air purifier, humidifier and fan this is the product for you. It's sturdy and built to last. The set up with wifi and Alexa and Siri are easy! The machine is a bit big, so it's not super easy to move around especially if the tank is full. I recommend removing the water tank and then moving the machine if you must relocate it.

Loved the concept of a humidifier with the UV light to prevent bacteria, but this thing is over engineered. I’m sure the filtration worked great, but the humidifier function was ineffective to say the least. App and other functions were not exactly user friendly. Kept in my daughter’s bedroom (less than 400 sq ft rating), it barely raised the humidity 3 percent. The only way it significantly changed the humidity was when the fan was on the highest setting, and then it was so loud you couldn’t sleep at all. Sorry, Dyson. For this price tag, really should be whisper quiet, even on the higher settings.

I contacted support for dyson and they said it doesn’t cool but it makes a fake cooling feeling. It’s 2020 and 800 dollars. You will have a long week if regrets from buying this But at heart I am a dyson guy. This is just a really really expensive fan. The first week it asked me to clean the water filter like every hour It will shut off randomly for you to change the water. It doesn’t rotate and the water humidity level max is 70% there is no higher level It’s confusing devise I will say. Dyson does have the technology to make a ac unit but they won’t release it to the public I mean they have a car lol Idk I expected more for 800

We live in West Texas, the dirt and dust in the air is unbearable here. Since we have had this I wake up more rested, keeps the room cooler, and the quietest ever. I haven't turned on the night mode, which makes it silent, because I haven't been bothered like the old fan and humidifier we have had. Only downfall is the price, still 5 stars.
