One of the older models. Yes, it does improve the air quality. Remote attaches on top like a magnet and is needed for all other functions besides on/off. It does get a little louder past the number 5. I like that it doesn’t take space with a base or large fan head. Great sale price too.

Purchased during a great sale and saved quite a bit of money! Love it! Quiet, definitely cleans the air, but there's one quirk I don't like: It also removes the fragrance of scented candles!

I was concerned about getting a dyson air purifier because of their price and low ratings on consumer reports, but they are so beloved by people with allergies I decided to give it a try. We recently switched cat litter to something that causes a lot of dust and cleaning the litter everyday meant the whole house smelt terrible for at least an hour after. This air purifier has lowered that to about 15 minutes. I see why people with allergies love them so much. However when cooking, this doesn't do a good job of reducing smoke, which our old air purifier did. Plus they are quite expensive. So if you have the money to spend and your primary concern is dust or allergies, then this is a great choice. Other wise Honeywell is probably fine.

Love this fan, saves space as I don’t have to have a purifier and a fan. It’s all in one! Super sleek looking too, will probably be buying another once on sale to put downstairs.

I am a psychotherapist wuth my office in a skyscraper in downtown Chicago. I have my office door closed all day (for obvious reasons) and after a few hours its pretty stuffy in my office. Because the building controls the HVAC,, the onky thing i could fo to keep the air in my office fresh is to buy some type of ocsilating fan. I have purchased others before and they did the job, but this dyson is well worth the extra $100 I paid over the orice of the others. The air is fresh AND cool and probably what makes a big difference is that it doesnt add heat to the area, where others did after running a few hours (I provide back-to-back sessions fir 9 to 12 hours in one day). Love this unit.

Bought this off of an impuslive buy but i do like it! I feel like it could be better for the price. Its fairly quiet and air flow is good. But i dont feel like it cleans the air as well as it should for the money.

I don’t live without it anymore ! Love the design because it brings the lower air that is colder and mix into the higher / warmer air. Perfect dual function: purifies and cools

Best purifier I owned. Very quiet and works great. This is my second Dyson purifier and I love them. My first I’ve had for many years and still going strong. My air always smells fresh. So much better than the Molekule which is very loud and smelled awful.

This is a perfect fan and air purifier for a bedroom. It's quiet and gives a cool breeze. Living in the dusty desert I have seen a difference in the air quality.

Dyson never ceases to impress! As all Dyson products, it exhibits a sleek/unique design and user-friendly controls, without jeopardizing functionality or performance. I use this guy in my open-floor plan single-bedroom apartment and noticed a drastic difference in air quality within just an hour.

I am owned by an amazing cat to whom I am allergic. He's staunchly refused to stay out of the bedroom at night, so between vacuuming every day and changing the bed linens frequently, I was still having adverse reactions to the benevolent master. Over the past three nights, I've noticed a very distinct difference in air quality. There is still dander in the air as the room is carpeted and he does still lay on the bed, but I feel A LOT better. I'll buy another one of these for the living area as soon as I'm able. It works. 5 stars.

Great whisper fan with Air purifier and remote for complete control. I would of like to have to point the remote to the upper base not at the very bottom not an issue just preference.

Best air purifier ! I purchased this because I was having trouble sleeping due to my nose getting congested constantly from dust and allergens - this totally solved my problem ! It’s super quiet and doesn’t disturb at all but I can feel the difference in the air in my room.

My wife has horrible allergies and this has helped a ton! Love how quiet it is compared to other similar products we've owned prior. Also, it looks great in our room!

Good pirifier for basic needs ref clean air, does not have app support, so unable to see air quality. However works good and quite operation and provides crispe clean air as needed

Easy to assemble, easy to use, has great speed flexibility and filters the air. Doesn’t take up much space and safe around kids and cats, and is a good product overall.

One of best dyson models to have. love the purifying filter for my allergies. however replacement filters are expensive yet I get them at amazon. have two of these models now in my apartment. they last a long time and durable. noisy if you get to higher settings yet lots of wind flow. highly recommend and it has a timer to shut off at night. i like the fan noise at night while sleeping.

Love my Dyson fan, I have owned it for over a year now and I use it every night and no complaints on how it works! Blows great and spin function is working like new. The only reason I gave it a 4 star over 5 is because it is a bit on the louder side. For those that like to back ground noise this is the way to go you get great quality of air flow and you get the noise. But if your anything like me I like to be in silence when I sleep. I have gotten use to the noise now but I would love it more if it was just a bit quieter.
