Posted .Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that you're not having a better experience with your Dyson TP01 Pure Cool Tower. Dyson Pure Cool features a HEPA filter to remove 99.97% of allergens and pollutants as small as 0.3 microns, including pollen, dust, mold spores, bacteria and pet dander. The second layer in the filter contains activated carbon to capture household odors and volatile organic compounds like paint fumes. The machine also features a sleep timer, oscillation and 10 air speed settings.

I recently moved to LA and the air quality was horrible I kept getting sinus infections which hurt so bad, I thought oh I’ll get an air purifier from Amazon, WRONG. I’ll buy this fan and purifier combo, I love this thing I bring it up on first dates how great it is. But it you’ll love it.
