    This fan is exactly what I needed to cool a studio space I use for doing videos and other content-production work. It's quiet and can be controlled by remote. It has variable speeds and a timer. It also swivels, a feature I don't actually use that much. Unlike other fans, this won't blow the papers off of your desk. It will, however, cool the ambient air and create a nice air flow. Yes, it's expensive, but I'm glad I bought it.

    The fan is very quiet, I forget it is even there. I wake up less congested in the morning so the air must be cleaner as well. A good purchase overall.

    Looks great, Stands fairly tall on the floor, and is actually pretty quiet running on a high speed. Only thing I didnt like was that its advertised as having an Iron base, but it doesnt.

    LOVE this fan thus far! Gives me the air circulation I want and is also very quiet (compared to the tower fan I replaced). Loved the fact that it also has the filter/ionizer to help clean my air...

    Worked great right out of the box. Silent. Good air flow. Only downside is that you must use the remote to turn on and off. Don’t lose it!

    I have had this unit for about a month now and I can say without reservation that it has made a difference with my fall allergies. I was dubious because I feel that Dyson can be overpriced in general, but I bought when it was on sale, so that helped. It was easy to set up and it's super quiet. I let it run 24 hours a day when we're home. I like that it looks nice, too. I can confidently recommend this unit.
