This fan was purchased for a different room. Overall i enjoy the fan and would recommend it. The higher settings get a but loud but at least have the characteristic of white noise. Whether it cleans the air or not is a tech discussion i am not qualified for. For the proce Ido wish the fan was a bit quieter though.

Perfect white noise and airflow sleeper machine

I've owned a million fans in my lifetime but this is great! No dirty fan blades, the airflow is wonderful and some complain about it being a little noisy but I perfer the nice white noise that I can't sleep without. It does only work with it's remote though. I seen this in another review so I thought I would mention it as well. Thank you Dyson
