    This unit is really cool to look at and the remote and app are easy and nice but I didn't feel like it really cleaned the air which is why I bought it it's very quiet and moves lots of air but too expensive for what I needed it for

    Very quiet operation

    It is very quiet. Keeps air flowing smoothly but there is no way I can know if it does any air filtration. I only hope I have not purchased a glorified fan

    A very expensive fan

    It blows cold air but can't compare to an air conditioner. I live in an older high rise condo where the a/c is only available in the summer months, so during warm spells in the other seasons, I was hoping for some relief but this isn't what I was hoping for. It's a very expensive fan that works well when you are directly in front of it, but it doesn't cool the room.

Air conditioning units and the Dyson purifier fan are two very different products that work in very different ways. An air conditioner refrigerates the air it supplies, allowing the air in the room to be made cooler than the ambient temperature outside. The Dyson purifier fan cools a person by moving air over and around them.

      Not only does it provide cool air it also provides clean air as it is designed to capture 99.97% of allergens and pollutants.

    Bills itself as a heater/cooler and an air purifier. I'm sure it works as a purifier but, it doesn't do much as a heater/cooler.

    Good product but still room for improvement

    I really like this three in one purifier. I’ve only really used the heating function. I love the fact that I can control this device remotely and set schedules. I did notice that the heat isn’t as warm as I thought it would be.

    It works extremely well as a heater...but the cooling feature is really only a fan of variable speeds. The air purifier does help with particle removal but not organic odor removal.

It sounds rather unusual that you wouldn't be able to feel a reasonable amount of heat from your unit.

    Got this really for the air filter function. I am not sure if its working for this reason. Keeping it for the heater function. Small but has lots of juice.

    Product works ok. Had to call Dyson customer service to connect machine to my network...it took 3 weeks for them to call me back!!!!!!!!!!!! All in all, no more Dyson products for me.

    Nice unit but ending up returning it because: 1. Fan to loud and doesn’t move enough air. 2. In heat mode the unit does not turn off when stepping is reached. 3. Sometime looses WiFi connection.

When using it as a heater, it will automatically go into standby mode once the desired temperature has been reached and then turn back on when it falls below the desired heat setting.
