After using it in my small office (12ft x 12ft) for 7 months, I've found it to be a solid performer with a few drawbacks. Performance In terms of heating and cooling, the HP02 does its job well. It heats the room quickly, making it cozy during colder days. The cooling function is also effective, providing a refreshing breeze when needed. However, the air throw is not as strong as I had hoped. Even at level 5, which is the highest setting for the fan, the air circulation is limited. This means that while it can maintain a comfortable temperature, it might struggle to distribute air evenly across larger spaces. So I have to sit close to the device. Suitability For a small office like mine, the HP02 is adequate. It maintains a comfortable environment, which is especially useful since I have no control over the central heating and cooling thermostat. The device is compact and fits well in limited spaces, making it an ideal choice for small rooms. Design and Functionality The design of the Dyson HP02 is sleek and modern, fitting well into any office decor. The air purification feature is a bonus, ensuring that the air quality remains high. It works, I was skeptical since it had big discount. Great features you can turn it on from your phone, it heats up the room in less than 20 min. The fan for cold is good but I bought just for the heater. It’s small so you can set it up anywhere.

This Dyson HP02 is okay. I like how it looks very elegant though there are things that I found myself unimpress. First, the cooling they advertisting isnt really true, ish. Basically, it just uses the air temperature and refresh it. I do not think there is coolant to make the air cold. Second, the app they do not have any disclaimer stating that due to Federal Regulation, the heater can’t be turn on using the app only through remote. So scheduling time where heater will kicks in is not an option. Next I don’t know but I cleaned my bedroom/office really clean but 90% of the time it tells me the air quality is fair even if the purifier has been on for over 48hrs and more. Crazy but overall, I’m not returning it and if ever I have to upgrade I want a black HP02 because it matches my furnitures.

I really have enjoyed using this Dyson air purifier/ fan/ heater! I really like the WiFi and app for iPhone. I can ask Alexa or google assistant to increase or decrease fan speeds, turn on oscillating function, set it to auto mode etc. the included remote also works very well. You need the remote to change this from the fan setting to the heat setting. The app does not work to control heating option. This is by design according to Dyson and is due to safety laws they must follow. This puts out plenty of heat and a good amount of fresh clean fan air. I really like that this is an all in one fan, heater, and purifier! A nice and compact size to! I included a picture of this next to a Lasko heater for comparison.

I purchased this for a large bedroom and it gets the job done. I have it sitting on a dresser with the unit titled down. It purifies the air and the heater puts out a decent amount of hot air. Giving it 4 stars because I feel the “cool” marketing is deceptive; it will only blow room temp air since it doesn’t have a cooling element. And the fan isn’t overly strong.

Extremely happy with this fan. Low electricity draw and is able to heat an entire room very efficiently. Easy to operate. Also: my dogs love sleeping in front of it during the extreme cold weather we’ve had this winter.

Very quiet. Helped clean air from pet dander and noticable difference. With winter, heats perfectly and the remote is a nice touch

One big room didn't have air or heat conditioning and I got a quote of over $4,000 to make it comfortable in all seasons. Asked my friends and this Dyson was recommended instead. Looked online, decided to go to Best Buy to get more info. Best Buy salesperson had the same purifier in his home so he knew every answer and highly recommended it. Bought it. Installed it in a few minutes. Here are my top 5 points: Room is comfortable (not freezing) when I have the setting on 6 most of the time. Movable to specific areas. Lots of options for fan movement. Musty odors have been eliminated. It's the BEST!

This thing packs a punch! I was so nervous with the size but it definitely pushes air, we also noticed our allergies were better, it seems to handle pet hair/smell as well

I have had this purifier for a couple months now. I keep it in my bedroom. I have noticed a difference since I have started using it. I don't wake up with allergies like I use to. I sleep better at night.

This unit is so quiet, you barely remember it is on. Definitely notice the air cleaning function. We have had lots of smoky air, with fire season in full swing. This item makes breathing easier, and also deals with pet residue.

Great fan, works great only issue is it started clicking after about a month very loudly when turning on oscillate.

Makes almost zero noise, works perfectly with Alexa, takes little space in the bedroom. Pricie though.

This beast has gotten us through multiple fire seasons and aside from purified activities it does hot/cold exceptionally well.

Ive had 2 dyson fans and my first one is still going after 7 years! Youll love to have this in your bedroom or your living room!

Warning: if your unit doesn’t seem to work, don’t necessarily assume it’s you. I’ve had defective fitbits, and now a defective dyson remote control. We have tested the air purifier with the app, and all functions work perfectly in the app. We love the air purifier (it heats* and cools nicely locally and it seems to really help with neighbors who are always smoking something) but our remote is almost useless. We have replaced the battery in the remote with a new one, and tested the remote at various distances and angles. The problem is 100% the remote. The buttons of our remote are at different depths and most of them aren’t horizontal or flush with the surface. The remote looks pristine except for this (no scratches or etc) Even with a fresh battery, most of the buttons do not work reliably; and several of them have never worked at all — including the HEAT button* which according to a popup on the app’s remote function, says can only be activated from the remote control by law, which means we do not have access to heat. I include a picture with the always-working buttons in green, the never-working buttons in red, and the sometimes-working button in orange. Very poorly made. The device constantly goes to "E" and shuts down. Taking it back to Best Buy.
