Works well in a small room to keep a person cool during the summertime. Also turns into a heater during the winter.

I love it. I got it for my new baby. It warms up the room so fast. It workes great as an air purifier and also a heater. I just wish that it had some type of air quality detecting monitor so I can actually see how air is in the room like other air purifiers.

Great little purifier, seems to get the job done and the app is a nice touch. It is pretty quiet until u get the fan speed above halfway. Only complaint would be is you have to have the fan above almost 3/4 way up to reach you with any air if ur more than 7ft away. Also pretty pricey.

I bought this cause I had new born baby it works great but could do better job with cooling

We had tried 3 different heaters for our living room over the years but this one works. Our living room is downstairs 3/4 under ground and cold, it does not get great heat from our gas furnace but our Dyson is amazing.

I owed the previous model AM09 for a few years and it doesn't have filter in it. This is a great upgrade since it combines both heat fan and purifier together which will save your space and fresh your air in the winter.

I got the product because I have asthma. I moved to an apartment and for the first 3 weeks I woke up in the morning needing my inhalers. After using the purifier for a few days the bedroom was cleaner and i didn't wake up with a stuffy nose or reactions to the dust. Good product.

Bought this to help clean the air for my son whose super sensitive to allergens and dust. It’s helped a lot, a bit pricy but well worth it if it helps with his overall health in the long run.

Great heater and cool fan. Great filter that filters the air clean and safe. Can use in multiple rooms. Very sleek and compact

No need to go outside for some "fresh air". This provided me with cool filtered air and now during the cold weather it allows me to feel relaxed and have my office or room at a desired temperature. 4 stars due to price but it does tend to go on sale.

I exchanged for a new unit thinking the first one I bought was defective. The second one was doing the same thing. When it's oscillating in a low fan mode, it makes a little clicking/rattling/knocking noise. I tried so hard to ignore it but I just can't get passed it. I was advised by a Dyson representative to email [email protected] and yet to hear a response. Will be returning it to BestBuy.

This is a great product. Highly effective temperature/air management, easy intuitive remote/app based controls, quiet operation. Worth the price if you are looking for quality air control.

We purchased this as a family member is sensitive to air pollutants, and this product far exceeds expectations with regards to both performance and noise levels. It is worth every dollar.

Although the price appears high, this unit works great. It produces enough heat or cool air to regulate a fairly large size room and to purify the air as well. Dyson is great with their products.

Overall a very quiet and good product. Gives off lots of warm air to fill up a relatively cold area. Would recommend purchasing this product even though it is expensive.

Works as stated; love the night mode, timer and ability to control via app and Alexa. However CA laws don’t allow it to be controlled via app for heat mode.

Decent purifier, will take all the moisture from your room, get a purifier if you can to balance it all out.
