The only problem I have had is that I went to move it and two (out of 5) of the wheel castors were broken off and they cannot be replaced. I have no idea how it could have even happened unless there was a defect, the castor itself is flawless except where it should be attached to the machine. Luckily, the 3 wheels left are evenly spaced and it is still level and rolls now that I took the broken ones from their slots.

We have two other Dyson purifiers in the home and mega Dyson was such a great addition. Circulates air throughout the home, while keeping the air cool and clean. Love that we can operate all of ours through the Dyson app, as well. Couldn’t be more happy with it.

Good for allergies

Since my kids and I suffer from allergies and asthma, having a reliable air purifier is a must. I’ve noticed that it covers a large space. Our downstairs area is about 800 square feet. The air purifier seems to do a good job.
