The HP09 works great in an area that often needs heat in the winter. The remote and app work well. For safety reasons, the HP09 cannot be set to automatically start heating using the scheduler. I understand this, but my complaint is that the HP09 actually does start up, just set to a very low temperature. Since the device does not actually cool anything, other than by convection, this is not a big problem. But I find I have to reset the temperature to a heating level. I did notice that with the HP09 plugged into a switchable outlet, I can turn it off at night. Then when I return in the morning, I turn on the wall switch and then the HP09 main switch, and the device comes on heating. I wish the device had a schedular feature to turn off at a specific time without a time to turn on. Then I could just use the Dyson on/off switch to restart heating, no temp adjustment required.

This thing is top notch when it comes to purifying. It definitely detects toxins or anything when the air isn’t 100%. The machine will automatically adjust to what’s in the air if you leave it on. However, it isn’t ‘great’ at heating. The heating part does produce heat but it’s not the same kind of heat that you would expect from a true heater. Haven’t used the cooling feature much but it does feel cool when used. I would say if you’re looking strictly for a heater or fan, this is not the product for you. But, if you’re looking for a good purifier, this is it.

This has made a profound difference in our house. It's almost eliminated my dogs allergies and kept us breathing better inside. It is very quiet unless it kicks on to 7 or above depending on the allergen count which is the machine just doing its job. I don't notice any cool air but it does have warm air. Easy to use and very cool to track what its picking up after downloading the app. This was worth every penny.

This Dyson unit is the best purchase in a long time. Works great for heating and cooling. It is a great air purifier.

I was hesitant because of the price, but so glad I finally purchased it. Nothing beats this thing. It is purifier, heater and fan all in one. It picks up on the slightest change immediately, it heats rooms evenly, it is quiet when I need it to be (I’m extremely sensitive to noise so I would still not sleep with it turned on in my bedroom), it’s just wonderful.

It's a Must buy... Love this product, cleans and filters the room, it's quiet while making wonders. Let it do the job. No more allergies. Love the functions of heater or fan while cleaning the air.

very quite, I'd estimate 38 dB. Less than normal voice. Heat is nice. Unit is highly programmable, remote or phone app. Like the looks. One star gone for the price. In my opinion Dyson is ride on their name (and probably Bestbuy profit) and not even close to what their cost was to build it. Anyway I liked it so I bought it. My advice, look around. There are most likely as good or better product on the martket. Though not as stylish, I'll give them that.

Purchased this item for my basement which has a musty smell and is actually cold in the evening. Within three days we noticed the smell was gone. In the evenings we use the heated just to take the chill off. I bought one 2 months ago for my son in Florida and he loved it which was prompted me to buy one for our home in Pa.. Love it.. A bit pricy in comparison to other makes however, we got something that solved both the musty oder and the cool basement so it was worth the price. Absolutely recommend it .....

In California you can’t use the app to change the temperature, I was able to add the fan to Apple HomeKit using HomeBridge and it lets me change the temperature there. The remote that comes with it is fine, like any standard fan remote. The fan itself does a good job at heating, so bought this for a newborns bedroom (well I guess our room until the little one can sleep in it’s own room) and it does a very good job at keeping the room comfortable. I haven’t tried cooling yet, I don’t expect it to be much better than a fan, but it’s still great for cleaning the air.

The air purifier is great could sense the better air fiw in the room. It heats/cooks very nice. Remote works great.

This fan is fantastic and offers excellent value for money. The airflow is incredibly smooth and powerful, and the Dyson air filter technology is definitely worth the price. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable fan.

This product is wonderful. I purchased it because of the app controls and all the info it give you. The one big feature I like is the ability to set to rotate start and stop from different rotation points. It can also be control from the app while away from you home. You can motion the air quality and chose to turn if you like. This model come with a heating. I can’t wait to try it out in the winter. The fan noise is less then the regular old fan I was using before. Also the amount of air below is just as good and even better and the old current non intelligent fan.

Expensive but it made my basement much more easy to have an office in. I was always cold but that's no longer a problem. The air is also amazing now. I can breath much better in my basement. It's so good I want a TP07 purifier for upstairs now. The only thing I wish it had was scheduled temperature settings. Like lower 60s when I'm gone and 70 when I'm around.

I am satisfied with Dyson and love all the technology they put out. Their devices are great and I liked my HP02 but wanted more filtration and the features of this HP09. The HP09 actively monitors the air and reports the contaminants that are being detected. I was going to check if I had formaldehyde and return this if it didn't find any for the HP07. The HP09 found formaldehyde and keeps detecting and destroying it every day. The most common thing detected is VOCs or volatile organic compounds like cleaning products or gases like canned air. Some things I wish would be better are the Alexa Dyson skill not being compatible with this model, and explaining more about what the different substances detected are and how they can affect health. The heat can also only be controlled by remote because of regulations, so a lost remote means no heat.

Great product. I hope to get another on in the near future. If you connect it with your app, you can see the air quality of your home at any time. After some time, you can definitely smell and feel the better air quality it produces. My only complaint is the price tag, but the price can be justified if air quality in your home is a concern.

Love it! I returned the first one I got because the noises( Best Buy return it within 2 minutes, love their service). The second one has minimum sound( acceptable) and makes my room so warm whenever I feel cold( sorry, I use it as a room heater instead of purifier) For the purify function, I think it works good… cause I can’t smell the stinky scent from my room as long as I turn it on so I guess it works. No complain, especially love best buy.

We love this air purifier. We purchased shortly after there was a large train accident close to us. It keeps the air clean for a large area on our first floor. It is quiet and takes up little space. It provides great peace of mind! Highly recommend.
