Absolutely love this. I’ve been wanting a Dyson air wrap for so long finally was willing to purchase since I found the refurbished for a better price. When I opened it, it seemed completely brand new. Everything was wrapped up. Nothing was scratched or even looked used. So excited I finally got my hands on one. Not to mention it makes my hair look phenomenal. Also, even though it’s used it comes with a one year warranty with Dyson! That was a huge game changer for me as well.

The product is good, but I keep having black stains on my hands whenever I touch it. Looks like they’re coming from the container.

The refurbished Dyson is a great deal and is a great product. Especially if you have difficult hair like mine. It dries my hair faster and leaves it feeling healthier. The year warranty helped me feel better about my purchase in case something happens.

I bought something I really wanted at a good price, and the performance was also very good. I am satisfied and am using it now. Thank you. ❤️

I like it because it’s easy to use and doesn’t hurt your hands to blow dry. I don’t like the hot air it blows on the face and doesn’t give that perfect look. For my hair those curls doesn’t hold.

It’s a learning curve and I’m still figuring it out. Just got some new product in to try and hopefully it holds the curls better (straight hair). My chihuahua likes it too after a bath and she hates hair dryers. Pretty impressive. The refurbished ones come with a 1 year warranty from Dyson.

Love the product. Very easy to use. Worth every dollar. Wasn’t sure about it because it was refurbished, but it came with it one year warranty from Dyson and a letter saying it was certified by them which made me feel good about buying a refurbished product.I love it

This is absolutely an incredibly investment into personal care and hair products, and its worth the money spent. Dyson is well known for their technology and the level of expertise that goes into this product speaks for itself once you use it. Overall I love this product and I would recommend anyone with any hair type to get this product. If your thinking about getting it, the answer is YES! The price is high, but once you get it you will understand the price and the quality of this product. Best purchase EVER!

I took the plunge and bought myself the refurbished airwrap. I'm in love. It is so easy to use and surprisingly quiet. My daughter is autistic and has sensory issues. She seems to appreciate the dryer attachment. It makes drying her long hair a lot less stressful. If you are someone with sensory issues i would definitely recommend it. I personally really love the brush and smoothing function on the dryer. I have straight hair. I can go from freshly washed hair to out the door in under 15 minutes. Everything was well packaged and looks brand new. I would definitely recommend it!

Bought as a gift for my girlfriend. This is the most used item I have bought her. works great and gets hair done well in record time. Would buy again. some bits feel a bit plasticy but does not seem to affect performance.

Wanted to see what the hype was about and this is an amazing tool! It takes a little extra effort to learn how to use (I am still learning to curl) but the way it blow dries and eventually curls it keeps my hair gorgeous like a model even the next day. Much less damage to hair and less frizz. Goes from wet out of the shower to curled beautifully in less than 30 min. So glad I invested.

Over all a great product. I (dad) have a home with 3 long haired women who all blow dry and style their hair daily so this is a second hand review. They absolutely love this blow dryer. They all share one until we get another one, so it gets alot of use daily and has not wore out what so ever and they say it make styling their hair way easier.

This is my go-to hair tool now! After weeks of researching and trying to decide if I should just go for it and purchase this, I am very happy I did. There was a learning curve, but after using it a few times it instantly became my go to. I have long hair and lots of it, and this reduced my styling time to like 10 min (when I’m straightening it) overall very happy with my purchase since I use it almost everyday!

i received it as a gift and when i opened it it was scratched and clearly seemed like it was used a bit i didn’t take a picture of when i took the filter park off but there was literally quite a bit of debris in there. a lot of the pieces are scratched. and on top of that the cleaning attachment tool was not in the box i know it was bought new, not used so this was very unfortunate, talked to customer service and their claim was “we can’t make sure it wasn’t you who did that…” like why would i call? how was the other lady even allowed to return this if it was clearly used… whoever checked it did not check it properly at all. this is ridiculous.

it works just fine i have been learning how to use it and it's great but my best and smart purchase but it's good! my question is have you been able to register the dyson on their website? i have been trying with the serial number and i cant any suggestions
