Refurb looked new BUT HAD BAD MOTOR.Dyson replaced

The refurb we received wouldn't work past setting 1. If you tried to use it at a setting past 1, it would immediately die. There's a Dyson store near us so we took it there. They took it in back and when the man came back up front, he said the one we received was refurbished and had a bad motor. He said they'd replace it with a new one. Thank god. Fortunately for us, Dyson replaced just the appliance portion(not all the accessories that came with it) with a new one. Now it works beautifully. I guess that's the risk you run going with a refurbished unit. The air wrap is an interesting concept. My daughter loves it. Since Dyson replaced it with the new one, it's great. At the refurb price, I'd say the product is almost worth the price. I'm not sure I'd say any hair care appliance is worth $300 before tax though. I definitely don't think it's worth the full retail price even as great as it is. It does take some effort to learn to use it properly. If you are dying to try it, but balking at a $600 price tag ,the refurb is a reasonable choice. Just know that there may be a reason it was returned the first time as in our case. But Dyson stood by their product and replaced the faulty refurbished appliance so all's well that ends well.

Dyson is well known for their technology and the level of expertise that goes into this product speaks for itself once you use it. Overall I love this product and I would recommend anyone with any hair type to get this product. If your thinking about getting it, the answer is YES! The price is high, but once you get it you will understand the price and the quality of this product. Best purchase EVER!

Amazing Dyson Hair Styler

She absolutely loves it! I'm amazed with all of the styling options that are available with the Airwrap. I ordered a refurbished one to save some money. It came in the usual giant box with all of the components and has worked well.

After weeks of researching and trying to decide if I should just go for it and purchase this, I am very happy I did. There was a learning curve, but after using it a few times it instantly became my go to. I have long hair and lots of it, and this reduced my styling time to like 10 min (when I’m straightening it) overall very happy with my purchase since I use it almost everyday!

Great for styles or just a quick morning dry

I (dad) have a home with 3 long haired women who all blow dry and style their hair daily so this is a second hand review. They absolutely love this blow dryer. They all share one until we get another one, so it gets alot of use daily and has not wore out what so ever and they say it make styling their hair way easier.
