    Worst decision to buy refurbished item. Does NOT work. Keeps shutting off. Only turns on when on highest setting. DO NOT PURCHASE. Best Buy refusing to replace or return item. Hassel. Waste of money. Waste of time. Infuriating. Save yourself. Move on to the new option! Do not purchase refurbished from Best Buy.

    Dyson Hair Wrap…Stops frequently

    We cant even use it for 15 mins continuously as it gets auto stops by over heat. Have contacted dyson for replacement. Lets see howbti goes.

    My freshly cut healthy hair turned to straw within a couple of uses of the Dyson hair dryer.

    I’ve had my Dyson Airwrap for a few weeks now and I really can’t imagine my life with out it. Literally does everything from dry to straighten to curl. I use to try and give myself blowouts with a round brush and midway through my arm was dying and I was sweating from blow dry heat. This tool has my hair done within 10 mins and I’m not over heating. If you’re use to using tools on your hair you will be able to use it no problem, otherwise it may take some practice. All together great product I would 100% recommend!!

    The Dyson airwrap 2023 version just died with no power on after 1 month of usage. Surprisingly, this Dyson Airwrap is not as good as my $70 hair dryer with 7 years of usage.

    Don’t waste your money on this Dyson air wrap

    First, I want to say that I own MANY Dyson items like 2 different Vacuums and hair blow dryer, and other household items and I love all of them. But this air wrap is a disgrace from a company like Dyson. It doesn’t do anything for my hair, the air just blows on my hair and doesn’t retain any style from it. My hair just blows in all directions from the air. The price is uncalled for. It is so expensive for something that doesn’t even work. I wish I could return it, it’s practically new… but I guess I passed the return time. Don’t waste your money.

    The “refurbished” unit does NOT work. It worked once only and then it died. I intend to return it when I return from vacation.
