Another excellent Dyson hair product. I purchased this because when I had recently gotten my hair cut, the stylist used it on my hair and not only was the style great, my hair was so shiny. I kept looking at it but delayed purchasing it due to the price. Finally I found a refurbished unit on Best Buy. I arrived looking brand new with all of the items that would have come with a new one. I love the cord free use. It heats up very quickly and is so easy to use to either straighten & add volume, or to create waves.

Honestly the best hair straighter i have ever purchased. Heats up fast, makes my hair smooth with one run through and its cordless. The charge doesnt stay very long but i have medium length hair so it doesnt matter to me.

The refurbished products for me are the way to go...on the Dyson website you can't return these refurbished products at all and it's nice Best Buy has an option to return. It was a much cheaper way to buy this straightener and came with all the pieces I needed. However the straightener itself I'm not sure is worth the cost. The design is nice but it's kind of bulky and I didn't see a major difference in the results on my hair/any softness, etc. I usually love Dyson products and maybe after a time I would notice a difference in my hair and there would be less damage but I ended up returning it. To bring on a flight and need to pull the battery out seems like kind of a lot of work too.

Love this flat iron! Heats up quickly and leaves my hair silky smooth. Would be 5 stars but the battery life isn’t that great. I do love that it is wireless though.

Very awesome product! Amazing how it comes up to heat so quickly. The wireless feature makes this thing amazing for travel. You should pick one up!

My girlfriend loves it, gets hot way faster than her old one and she doesnt have to go over the same spot multiple times.

It’s a beautiful piece; however, the battery life is short beating the purpose of being wireless. Can curl your hair with this straightener due to its curved shape, just be cautious as the hair strands do get caught causing hair pulling.

I am 100% natural with 4c pattern. The straightener got my hair straight 90% straight My hair style remained straight for 2-3 days.

I love it but unfortunately since the item i bought was refurbished, it turned off by itself within seconds of used. What i love the most is, you doesn’t need to straighten the hair several times, one time use works well with the hair thus it wouldn’t damage my hair. I returned the item but bought a new dyson hair straightener. Waiting for the order. Definitely worth buying for. I will recommend to buy a brand new rather than refurbished.
