And sometimes I'll tell Alexa to turn it on and she says offline or just doesn't find it. I tried to return it within 30 days, looked the receipt and it said 14 days return only.

To be honest the fan was awesome when it worked but it had an issue and you had to keep unplugging and plugging it back in it so it would turn on. So I returned it and bought a “new one” and it’s great .

You can turn it on from anywhere using the app , the only thing is you cant start the heat with the app , but it says it's a government regulation issue.
