Refurbished or left overs?

In the beginning you would hear the gears as it winded up and down. That has gone away, but now there is a chirping sound in low speed. The other dyson hp04 units are whisper quiet. I am not so happy. Some days it is quiet and we are thankful that its in the living room and not a bedroom.

Dont Buy Refurbished

Would not connect to the app and would not stay running for more than 2 minutes. Replacement is handled through Dyson and I expect to receive my replacement in about a month. Buyer beware.

Dyson Smart Tower is great for all seasons!

The first one I got made a loud grinding sound. I returned it to Bestbuy and got a replacement. The replacement did not have a working air quality sensor. I have since sent it back and forth with Dyson 3 times over the past 6 months and never had a fully working unit. They apparently don't actually repair them just send them back as is. Now 6 months in it is out of warranty and I just recieved another broken one back from them. I will not buy another dyson product again. Terrible customer service.

It did not work at all. The machine only throws error codes and the remote doesn't work. I spent an hour on the phone with dyson, theu said send it back. I spoke with bestbuy support and they were apathetic about. Dont bother buy anything "certified refurbished " from them. They do not care.
