When helping set up we could not connect to the app. We tried EVERYTHING to resolve it. Ultimately we had to contact Dysok support. The phone wait time was well over an hour. They finally decided the machine had to be exchanged. What a frustrating experience.

Good but not prefect.

Noise is louder than an average fan, even at the lowest setting. Sleeping mode only turns off the screen, won’t reduce noise or fan speed. Heats the room very fast, but often times overheat the room. ( my bedroom is small, probably would work better in larger rooms) All function works, overall good.

Wouldn't heat, remote wouldn't work, etc. Customer support was completely unhelpful, and this is a common/well-known issue, it turns out (search "H2 error dyson" on Reddit). Was a great machine, until it wasn't!
