This Duson dryer is so quiet she can speak to someone while drying her hair! Temptd to get one for our hair dresser as a gift.

Dryer is fine but missing promised case

Can't evaluate durability yet. BUT the delivery did not come with the case described in the listing. We were told to visit a store and see if they had one for us. That's ... less than ideal.

Good attachments, and feels much more powerful than any we have used before. I wish i got it a long time ago. The price kept me from pulling the trigger, as it costs 8-10 times more than a typical big box hairdyer model.

It is super basic, as well as, the heat is high. It burnt my scalp while I was drying and the heat was not at the highest level. It also made my hair feel dry. What upset me the most though is that the store would not allow me to return it. I bought another dryer, so I gave this one away since I was unable to be refunded.

Even though it’s refurbished, it looks brand new and works flawlessly. Powerful airflow, dries hair fast, and the design feels really premium. She says it makes her job easier every day. At the salon it takes 45 mins to dry and straighted and i still usually leave with some waves. This hairdryer got my hair 85% dry in about a half an hour. I was shocked! Its amazing and i will not be using anything else!
