    Best blow dryer ever! I can dry my hair in less than 5 minutes! I don’t feel like it damages my hear, it has 3 power levels and heat levels. It is amazing what this dryer offers!

    This dryer works very well. What I like the most is that the noise level is very reasonable. My previous one was terribly noisy. The good points are: 1, Not a loud, noisy dryer. 2, Very powerful air volume. 3, Easy operation (position of buttons). 4, Many optional accessories.

    i do not recommend getting this product refurbished because the best buy geeksquad protection does not cover it if it stops working and mine stopped working in 8 months

    I’m a professional hairstylist and so far so good everybody’s hair looks great after I use it. I hope I can get several years out of it like I do my other blow dryers.

    Didnt come with the case, brush or comb. Was asked to go to a store… which… not sure what that would accomplish

    VERY DISAPPOINTED THE DYSON SUPERSONIC. I had this dryer for three years and a couple months ago it stopped working. I contacted customer service and they told me to go to the Dyson walk in service which is 2 hrs away from my house, and what they said was that since it was a motor issue they could not fix it. A motor issue problem comes from the factory, not from the misuse of the costumer. My warranty is also over so they would not give me a replacement. I paid almost 500$ for a product that would last 3 years. Was it worth it? No. I still have a hair dryer that I bought 10 years ago for 50$ and it still works with no issues. What I have learned from Dyson is that they only care about money. I have purchased their vacuums and air wrap, and have shown customer loyalty for the past decade, yet they would not be willing to restore a faulty product. Never buying from them again.
