Its loud, the ball is awkward and does not fit under furniture, the suction is great but again for the cost (and full disclosure I love paying a GREAT big prices for GREAT products) This products is not GREAT and carries a "status" price tag not priced for quality

The vacuum's key components have been engineered to fit inside the ball itself. This gives the machine a streamlined profile, allowing access to tight spaces and lowering its center of gravity to make it lighter in the hand.
We recommend using the detachable wand/hose for getting under low furniture.

The salesperson educated my wife and I on the different types of vacuums and explaining to him our needs and price pricepoints. After candid conversation with the sales staff we decided on the Dyson - Small Ball Multifloor Bagless Upright Vacuum and have not regretted one moment. Never looses suction. We ran the new vacuum after running our old vacuum and there was much more dirt the Dyson picked up afterwords. We were amazed!
