The only thing that caught me a little by surprise was the fact that it was a little bit bigger than I had anticipated, but it is still much smaller than many other hair dryers. It performs much better though and having the motor in the handle makes your wrist work less while styling. I've already recommended it to several friends

I love that you can change the heat and power air levels to fit your needs. I like the attachments that came with it, I only wish the pick attachment came with it. I have wavy hair and I use a pick for my long hair, it would be nice to have it attached to the hair dryer.

Now she wanted to return when she got(she does that with everything) once she used it she said this thing is staying here. This has helped with speeding up her drying time by half. this means we aren't nearly as late as we use to be!!

Her hair dryer basically was dying - really loud, rattling, really old, basically a piece. I would never, ever consider spending so much money on a hair dryer except it was supposedly the latest craze. Supposedly it won’t damage hair ( what ever that means) like the rest of the hair dryers do. It will also supposedly last forever holding its superior quality. She does really like it, but completely mortified by the cost - because why would it cost that? Stupid. This is too expensive for what it is to recommend - but yes it works, it drys hair.

The design is modern. The sound is loud to me but I think all the powerful hair dryer is sort of loud too.

It came with 3 accessories and a silicone mat. Everything feels sturdy and long lasting like most Dyson products. I bought this on sale and think it was well worth the price. It has three blow speeds, three heat options, a cold switch. The attachments work with magnets which I love.
