The product itself was excellent. It dries very fast, absolutely lightweight, better center of gravity so it doesn't hurt your arm to use it. My hair dries out faster and comes out sleeker. I just don't think this will be a first choice because of the price. I get it, it's top of the line technology and it's high end but $400 for a hair dryer?!! Maybe if it was $100 less, it wouldn't be too bad and yet $300 for a hair dryer still ain't cheap. If you have the money to spare, go ahead and splurge.

What an incredible investment this dryer has been. I've gone from hating to wash my very long hair to looking forward to a quiet and very gentle experience. I have A LOT of hair. What took me an hour is now 15 minutes max. I thought about buying this dryer for years. DO IT! Also, you can't go wrong with Best Buy's generous return policy.

It dries quickly with the diffuser. The only thing I don’t like is that the cord is really long and heavy, making it not ideal for travel.

Purchased Dyson hair products for my wife and decided to get a set for our daughters 16th. Highly recommend. Great quality, expensive but worth it.

The best hair dryer out there for curly hair, no doubt about it. The cold air option is a must for curly hair. The diffuser could be a little bigger but regardless, it's top notch. Easy to use and clean.

My wife looked at this before Christmas and was interested but didn't want to pay 400.00usd. I had a 10% off coupon and they did a 50.00usd gift card for purchasing it. She was so excited when she opened it. Then after using it she was even more excited and kept bragging how well it worked and how the dry time was about 2/3rds the usually time. I am bald so I would not know about that. So we can tale her word on this.

Got this while I was pregnant, it really helps dye my hair so much faster than other hair dryer. Plus it makes way less noises than any other ones. LOVE IT!

My wife is thrifty. She literally left this thing in the box for nearly two weeks to see if I had the resolve to make her use it before considering returning it. When you have used 30 dollar hair dryers for years the thought of paying 8 times more for a dryer sounds asinine. Well she finally realized that I was dug in deep and ready for trench warfare on this. She reluctantly opened the box and felt the solid construction and attachments and gave it a whirl. Let me cut to the chase. Not only did it dry her hair in half the time but she said it was quieter and easier on her hair. I noticed the difference in how her hair looked more straight. I think she's sold and me, never being the the one to say "I told you so" will quietly accept my mini victory. We're keeping the Dyson.

I wash and style my hair only once a week, and I blowdry it only once a week, but I actually use this nearly every day. Is it life changing? No, it's just a hair dryer. Do I regret buying it? Also no. You know how sometimes just the design of something makes you like it more, want to use it more? That's me and this hair dryer. Earlier, when I said I use it every day, I wasn't referring to my hair. This thing is so easy to plug in and turn on, that I use it to heat up my eyelash curler. I used to own a perfectly fine hair dryer, but I never whipped it out in the mornings to hear my eyelash curler, because with this Dyson product, I don't have the same mental blocker that I had about my clunky old hairdryer that doesn't get hot enough or doesn't feel sleek. Ultimately, it blows hot air more or less the same as my old dryer, but the ease of using it makes me more likely to use it, so in that sense, Dyson have really struck gold here. Same concept with their vacuums! They take a clunky old piece of junk (vacuum, hair dryer, whatever), modernize it, make you think it's easier to use, and suddenly they can charge a premium and make you feel like they're doing you a favor.

Excellent hair dryer! it's very quiet, compact, and easy to handle, but extremely powerful. it gives great control of styling with momentary heat off button, well designed attachments, and precise controls. this is hands down the best hair dryer on the market

It take less than 3 minutes to dry my hair. I have medium long hair and I was done in less than half the time it usually takes to dry my hair. This is a game changer!

Pros: wife is happy, I am happy, everyone is happy. Less noisy, dries quickly. I should have bought this earlier than going bald, but I am trying it just by hoping it may help my hair regrow again, “who said penguins don’t fly?” Lol.

Best purchase of the year. The dryer leave my hair shining and is a quick blow dry it used to take me 40 minutes now it’s 20 minutes. Love it!

As a curly hair girly and working mom I highly recommend this tool. It took 9min to get my hair done in the morning. Could not be happier with this dryer.
