Love it but I did have to get a replacement after about 18 months because it just stopped working. I contacted Dyson and they replaced it for me. Now another year later the filter piece has broken. I’m hoping that can be replaced. Expensive but so far customer service has been great and I love it.

I bought the pink/rose gold hair dryer. I love it but just so you know… it’s not all that pink. It’s a very very subtle light pink that can almost look cream colored.

My wife loves it she uses it every day. Her favorite new toy.

I have thick, coarse, wavy, hard to dry hair. With a regular blow dryer it would take 30-40 minutes to completely dry it. I was using a Babyliss dryer that was powerful and cut the drying time in half, but still took 20ish to dry fully plus another 15-20 minutes to flat iron my hair because the dryer didn't get it completely straight. I had read reviews from people with similar hair types saying how fast the Dyson dries their hair, so I decided to give it a try. Let me tell you... this baby is my new favorite thing! I can get my hair completely dry in 8-10 mins, and it's also totally straight and no need to flat iron it anymore. This gives me time to use a curling wand to add some loose waves. To achieve this look in the past, it would've taken me an hour. With this Dyson dryer plus a L'ange wand, I went from wet hair to this look in 20 mins total! Complete game changer for this working mom. They are pricey but with the pay-in-4 Paypal option, this investment is so worth it.

Excellent device. It doesn't overheat my hair, and helps bring out the brilliance and shine. A downside is that the power brick is close to the outlet, so if you aren't careful, it can slip off your counter and dent your wall.

The Dyson Supersonic Hair dryer is a game-changer. It miraculously tamed my frizzy hair, leaving it smooth, shiny, and frizz-free! Loving it.

It took two years to comment, and the brand was well made. After two years of use, it didn't break, but the paint would come off.

Will NEVER use another hair dryer. It keeps my hair from frizzing! I own 3! One for each house!

I like it a lot. Powerful - efficient - elegant. I bought it for my wife Christmas present $399,99. Not long time ago she had hand surgery and watching her how much time she spending drying her long thick healthy hair I decided to help her to eliminate drying time. She have difficulty to using it because little heavy and also the power cord little stiff compared to her $20 old dryer. I Understand to deliver 120V - 1600W 4 level supersonic speed, 4 level temperature adjustments must have high heavy duty gage power cord and this cord in my opinion could be more flexible. She wasn’t 100% sure how to deal with weight (her weak hands) and manipulate dryer with thick not much flexible power cord. I end up after few days return this dryer. Thanks to Best Buy for super easy fast and no questions ask return policy, appreciate and I will be back.

I don’t use it myself because I have nothing to do with it and I bought it for my wife, she’s delighted and she likes it very much !!!

Great product. Has any and all type of accessory that one would need to manage your hair. My daughter loves it. Price was perfect!

While it cut down dry time I don’t find that it is a good blower for fine thin hair. It does leave hair shinny but it makes all the baby hair stand up and causes a lot of static on the hair. It is very expensive the outcome. Maybe Dyson can make some adjustments.

Ordered this for my wife with free standard shipping and it came the next day!! As with all Dyson products the look and feel is unmatched. The packaging is sexy, the look is sleek and it does more than expected. There are multiple heat settings and an easy to reach cool shot button in case you have sensitive scalp or just want to set your spray. There are multiple levels of force, but even the lowest will still have your hair dry in record time! Unfortunately Best Buy doesn't carry any wall mounts for the Dyson so that was purchased elsewhere, but highly recommend getting one as the only potential flaw with this dryer is the heft of the cord. For the price I sure hope this lasts forever.

Blow dry time is cut in half, feels great! Perfect weight! Only thing I hate is the air filter cap and the fact that the hangar part is a afterthought and not built into it! Other than that 5 stars!!!

excellent product I would recommend this for many and all hair types. It really protects your hair without damaging from high heat levels.

This hair dryer is pretty good. It's so easy to use, it blows out very strong air, and it drys quickly. I love it.
