Very quiet. Just the right temp for your hair so it won't get damaged. Dries hair faster than the normal hair dryer.

My wife has thick hair and says this does dry her hair faster than her conventional hair dryer. That is the reason I bought it after watching reviews on youtube. She also likes the way her hair lays after using it. So I guess its worth the price. The first one died in 3 months for no explainable reason. I saw a lot of reviews online by people that had similar problems. Dyson did send a replacement free of charge. Its been about 6 months since it was replaced and there are no problems so far. I hope this one lasts. I would be upset to spend $300 on a hair dryer that wont last as long as a cheap one.

Purchased this for the missus when it was on sale. She absolutely loves it! Weight is well-distributed for ease of use and drying is faster and generally more efficient than on other standard hair dryers. The charging cable is a little bulky though. Hopefully they can update it to a wireless version because putting it back into the case can be a little taxing. If it weren't so expensive, I would definitely get more for family and friends!

I purchased this hair dryer in hopes of being able to blow dry my hair and my dog’s hair in less time ( it usually takes me 30 minutes to dry my hair and 45 mins to dry my dog’s hair). This blow drier dried my waist long hair in 6 minutes ( shiny, and silky straight), and my Havanese dog’s thick coat in 10 minutes!!! I usually would not spend $450 for a blow drier, but in this case.. it was well worth it.

Really like this dryer so far. Drys my hair super quick even on the lowest setting...and it very quiet!

I was very hesitant to make this purchase, but I am so glad I did. The blow dryer works great. Not too hot and dries my hair fairly quickly. The comb I thought was odd when I took it out of the box, but OMG does it work wonders. The brush works well too, but I prefer the comb due to my hair length. I have yet to use the attachments, again due to thickness and length of hair. I would purchase it again in a heartbeat.

Do not but from other places that have fake dysons

I’m happy with this purchase. It’s not loud (I don’t wake early when my wife is getting ready). Wife has long thick wavy hair and she likes it. The head is adequate for my short hair and the defused set my heavy hold gel perfect. The high speed dries me off after a shower and the motor doesn’t interfere with my HD radio reception like my old one did.

I’m loving my dryer! It’s fast drying and SUPER quiet. I should have gotten one a long time ago.
