    Works wonderfully. I love the heavy duty cord. Dryer itself is very light weight. I do notice a high pitch sound when using it. I plan on contacting Dyson regarding this concern.

    This dyson hair dryer is my favorite, and I purchased the Best Buy Care which costed me $50, when I want to use the insurance because my dryer was not working, Best Buy employee asked me to pay $80, because I got my dryer on mother day’s sale, I need to pay the difference to claim my insurance! But in fact, dyson included 2 years warranty on every product for free, I’ve spent $50 for no reason! Isn’t it ridiculous?!

    The device is strong and lightweight. The air intake is at the bottom so keep your hand above the bottom vent. Very nice. You can dry or style your hair without getting an arm workout.
