This one dries my hair much faster and leaves it softer too. Something I noticed was that it doesn't make as much noise as a regular one. I like how simple it is when it comes to changes the temperature. There is only one button that controls the heat. The hair dryer comes with a lot of options. There is 3 different style tools to choose from and they each belong with a different hair style. It's very light too

Posted .Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. While everyone is different, we certainly wouldn't expect hair to feel like straw after using Dyson Supersonic.
There are a few different things you can do to change the method in which you dry your hair. To begin with the unit is designed with a type of thermal control which means it will monitor and control the temperature at all times. When the dryer is held away from your head the dryer reads the temperature of the room and not your hair; this also causes your hair to blow all around which can lead to damage and tangles. In light of this, it may be necessary to use the dryer directly against your hair with a low speed/heat setting (to start with) using either your hand, a paddle brush or roll brush to control the movement of your hair. When applying these tips to your everyday styling you should start to see a difference in the texture of your hair.

Drying speeds are too forceful. You can dry your hair but can’t style it. The force of the blower on lowest setting blew things off of my bathroom counter.

When package arrived.. it look like it went thru big bad storm. So I return it.. I wish I had order from some where else, because I missed a very good deal on BlackFriday Common, BB, best thing about xmas is to open a gift (not garbage)

When we try to return bestbuy store not talking it back because we didn’t buy insurance from them and dyson company not talking it back because we bought it from Lewisville Best Buy. End of the day we are not able to return this unsatisfied product and burned 400+ $
