Assembly: ---------------- One of the easiest vacuums to assemble. The parts are of high quality and are well designed with a clip-on to assemble and change accessories with ease. Display: ------------ This vacuum does NOT have an LCD display which will show the remaining time. This only has an LED display (like in the older models) which will indicate the remaining battery through 3 bars. Unlike latest Dyson vacuums, this does not show remaining time counter and maintenance alerts like filter cleaning. Ease of use: ------------------- Using a cordless vacuum has a lot of advantages. It’s extremely useful to reach few places that I was never able to reach with a corded vacuum, like under the bed, over the blinds, air conditioning/ heating vents and we don’t have to move around the tables, desks anymore. This vacuum has a trigger switch that needs to be pressed all the time. Its a bit annoying having to do that. This weight of the machine rests on the hand and after using for some time, hand feels sore. I had to switch between left and right hand throughout the usage. This transforms to a handheld vacuum for cleaning cars which is super useful. Suction: ------------------- Usually, cordless vacuum lacks a bit of suction, but Dyson V11’s suction is undoubtedly very good. However, I could not feel much difference compared to a corded vacuum. It cleans just about the same as the corded vacuum. This doesn't work well on a high pile rug. The motorhead roller doesn't roll on the rug and other accessories pulls the rug off the floor. Cleaning tiles and hardwood floor is extremely easy though. Dust accumulation: --------------------------- Dyson has shown their ingenuity in the design of motorhead with hair removal vanes. There wasn't a single hair tangled on the roller brush, they were clearly accumulated on the dust bin, and it was so easy cleaning. This is a bagless vacuum and emptying the dust bin is a very easy process. This can be washed as well if required. Filters: ---------- This comes with HEPA filters that arrests allergens and dust. This is also washable and requires cleaning every month or so based on the usage. Noise: --------- I am amazed by how low the overall noise levels are. I don’t mean its silent. But for a vacuum, the noise is on the lower side. Its definitely less noisy compared to a corded vacuum. Tools and Accessories: --------------------------------- Apart from the obvious – the vacuum, wand, charger this comes with following accessories – - Motorbar cleaner head – this comes with hair removal vanes which is very useful because they do not allow hair to twist or bind up and slow down or wreck the roller part. An ingenious and very practical design undoubtedly! - Hair screw tool – this can be used to vacuum pet beds which collects pet hair without any fuss. - Stubborn dirt brush - Mini soft dusting brush - to avoid scratches on the objects - Mattress tool - to clean upholstery and mattress - Combination tool – Brush and wide nozzle, to switch between needs - Crevice tool - for narrow edges - Up-top tool to reach up-top like top of the blinds - Extension hose - Wand clip Usage time ------------------- A full charge of battery lasts 40-45 minutes on “Medium” mode. This mode can be used for carpets. On Boost mode it lasts about 15 minutes which provides extra suction clean On Eco mode it lasts a little over an hour. Overall with medium mode it is possible to clean a two bedroom apartment on a single charge. Charging time ------------------- After a complete drain, it takes about 4 hours to charge the vacuum to 100%. Conclusion: ------------------- Overall, if one prefers a cordless vacuum, Dyson is a very good choice. However, there are few Dyson models with advanced display options than this one. They show the remaining time which is fairly accurate and also shows some maintenance alerts like when to clean the filters, if something is stuck on the motorhead etc. I would recommend to go for those models which cost about the same as this one. If you don't really care about those features and purely in terms of usability as a cordless vacuum, I would recommend this product.

After using this cordless vacuum several weeks, it has greatly exceeded my expectations! All accessories are easy to attach and change easily. I can’t believe how much dirt it removes from the carpet and bare floors as well. It is very lightweight and with different attachments, I can easily vacuum furniture, beds, corners, ceilings, and more. With the cordless feature, you can safely vacuum with either your left or right hand. I no longer worry about tripping over the cord or the cord not being long enough to reach areas. Emptying the canister is a breeze! This has become my favorite vacuum to use! I highly recommend it!

This latest purchase of a Dyson cordless is proving to be the finest one yet. It is VERY powerful and easy to move around everywhere but on stairs but then I am handicapped so that is to be expected. I cannot recommend Dyson products enough. Including this latest purchase, I own 3 of their vacuums and 6 of their air purifiers. Quality is a hallmark of Dyson and this vacuum has it! The charge lasts a looooong time and battery indicator along with the auto-select feature for vacuuming strength is great! Highly recommend? YES!!!!

Awesome vaccuum. So far the battery seems to Rock! There are so many versatile attachments that you could probably detail your own car if you wanted!! I got it on a great sale as well which was awesome! Only thing I wish I could change is having to hold in the trigger the entire time ... and I like when it has a light on it because it helps me see the animal hair but otherwise it's a solid unit!

Best vaccuum ever. So efficient, easy to use and honestly powerful. Just mad I didn't bite the bullet on this earlier! best part is how convenient It is, makes me actually look forward to vacuuming because its light and cordless compared to our normal vacuum that is a whole process just to use.

This vaccuum is a game-changer. Our last one was clunky and old, and didn't pick things up as easily anymore. This vaccuum is definitely worth the price. Lightweight, powerful, and super easy to charge and store away...my husband and I are actually obsessed with it. I hate vaccuuming, and I might even *enjoy* vaccuuming with this little buddy. Love it.

This vacuum is worth the price. It works better than any corded vacuum I've ever owned. The amount of crud in the canister day after day after day is astounding. My wife and I are always shocked how much dirt, dust, hair and other junk is in our home. If it was stolen or broken beyond repair, I would instantly buy another one.

We’ve had several cordless vacuums over the last few years, and probably went through about four or five of them, including two shark vacuums. They never seem to last and they always seem to lose suction no matter how well you take them apart and clean it. So decided to spend the extra money and get a Dyson cordless vacuum and boy am I surprised to discover the superior suction of the Dyson. The construction itself is superior to other brands. The different settings in different suction strengths give you different options for the cleanup job. I find that even on medium setting. It did a great job. The vacuum is easy to take apart and clean. Only downside and I’m not sure this is one is that you have to hold down the trigger button to keep it powered on. Thought this would be more of an issue but it’s really not. I should’ve spent my money on a Dyson in the first place and I probably would’ve saved money instead of replacing multiple cheaper vacuums. I highly recommend it!

Amazing vacuum. This machine has picked up dirt, dust, hair and any other mess lying within my carpet that my old vacuum never came close to. The lightweight design makes its mobility easy from room to room. The price is steep, but you pay for quality and this is in fact quality. Highly recommend

The vacuum keeps a good charge. Picks everything up with ease. No problem going under the furniture and the additional attachments allow you to expand what you can do with the vacum.

I’ve always wanted to own a Dyson so when the opportunity came I took it. As advertised it is efficient light weight and powerful the added attachments makes this machine so versatile. It’s a must have.

I love this vacuum. I have 3 dogs and 4 cats between myself and my roommates and this hand held vacuum holds up to the fur. I originally got this for the stairs because carying my animal ball up and down was a pain. I use this over my animal ball most days. The battery lasts forever. I can vacuum my house 4 times before i need to charge it. I dont even need to use boost mode to notice a big difference in my carpet. The tools are great. I can use this on furniture, hard surfaces, carpet, rugs, my car! I got this on sale but knowing what i know now i would have paid full price as well. Hands down one of my favorite purchases.

I love my new vacuum! Im 68, and cant carry heavy vacuums up the steps. It is lightweight, great suction, easy to put together and operate. I would recommend this product!

Wow, we have an old Dyson from 10 years ago, which we love. This is so much stronger my husband was even impressed. It’s a little heavier than our old one, but after a day or two you will not notice. My husband used the old vacuum, then used the new one and got up so much more dirt and dog hair. Love the dog bed attachment. My dog even enjoys being vacuumed. This is a product we use a couple times a day, so worth the money.

We will always go with Dyson from here on.. We did not think a Cordless Vacuum could work as well, or be anywhere near as powerfull as Electric Vacumes.. We were Wrong and Very Impressed with the Power & how smooth and effortless it is to use. It easily gets under the bed, around the perimeter of the floors & ceilings, carpeted stairs ect. Not to mention how great it works to vacuum the car Floors & Trunk Love all 12 accessories! Great for pet hair, curtains, stairs ect.
