It’s light weight, maneuvers easily, low profile gets under most furniture, and the light shows where the dust is. I really like the way the canister empties so easily. I can vacuum 3 rooms on one charge. I’m kicking myself for waiting so long to (best) buy it!

The suction is amazing, battery life is good, it’s not heavy for me to carry and clean 15 flights of stairs. Given the various attachments, you can clean different nooks and corners as well.

I must say I’ve owned so many vacuums! Shark was the best so far I’ve had, I purchased the Hoover stick cordless vacuum (the worse purchase from all of them I really wasted my money there) I was hesitant about this purchase due to the price. But I have to say I don’t regret it at all. It’s a very very good vacuum. The battery doesn’t last long on about probably 45 minutes at the most if put on eco or auto. Boost will be less time of cleaning. Charging it takes a little bit probably about 3 hours. But the cleaning is exceptional. One thing is that just the stick alone doesn’t pick up as good as having the rolling brush put on. Otherwise is a very good purchase no doubt. I would buy it again. Oh and this particular one you don’t have to keep pushing the button like the newer one. Just on or off. But the pick up of this vacuum is awesome!!!

Excellent!! I bought the Dyson V8 last month, but when I saw the upgrades in the V12, I had to have it. Lite weight, more suction, on button easier to use, easier to recharge. I am OCD so the Detect light drives me nuts!!

The vaccum is amazing. It has great suction, lightweight, and the attachments are so easy to change. The only flaw is the container size. It fills up so quick. Outside of that, it truly is one of the best vaccums you can buy. If container space is a concern, step up to the V15. It has a more reasonably sized container.

This product is awesome, we have V7 earlier and upgraded for this. The laser feature is amazing. The power and suction are incredible. Carpet also clean like new. Very much satisfied with the product. And got better offer from Best Buy.

I was hesitant to spend this much on a vacuum but i am SO GLAD I DID. my dog sheds sooo much, and this makes cleaning so quick. Even vacuuming my couch is a breeze!! The light is a genious idea, and super helpful in making sure i get every spot.

I would recommend this for people who have hard flooring and pets because it not only picks up the small dust particles but also hair particles. Its cordless so you can use in any part of your house. I love this vacuum!!! We have three long haired dogs and I shed my long hair like crazy it works fantastic! I use it everyday . I love how light it is , making it easy to carry from floor to floor. My only complaint is that I find myself having to stop and empty very often. While using it!

I've had this for about 8 months, and I love it. I live in a 1200sqft house with a 6 year old, and a cat. I vacuum about 2-3 times a week and it handles that volume with ease. I've got nothing negative to say about this thing. The battery hold a good charge, it has a strong motor with a good amount of power, and lots of practical attachments. I particularly like the wall mount that this comes with. It makes it very easy to store, and keep charged. The laser detect is super cool, it does a great job of showing you how dirty your floors are. Which might drive some people crazy, sometimes ignorance is bliss, haha. Great product! Highly recommended.

Very light, easy to handle. Not very loud. Bought it for small runners and carpets--cleans very well and doesn't lift up the carpet from the floor as you're cleaning.

I am always surprised by how well it works. The green laser dust detection system is a unique feature that helps me clean better by showing me where fine dust particles are. It has a strong suction that can pick up all kinds of dirt, and the battery lasts a long time so I can clean big areas without stopping to charge it. The sleek design not only makes it look modern, but also makes it easy to move around on both rugs and hard floors. It's easy to empty the dust bin, and the machine has a solid build. It is much quieter than in older models, which makes it a pleasure to use.

I recently downsized to a smaller apartment, so I can't imagine a more perfect vacuum. It really doesn't take up very much room at all in my closet. It's also very light weight at only 5 lbs and the suction is amazing considering the size and weight of this machine. It picks up so much dust and dirt I didn't even realize was there and is very easy to take apart and clean. I'm really thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend it if you need a small yet functional vacuum.

This is perfect for hardwood floors & the laser is fantastic! Very powerful & lightweight.

This vacuum works well on the different types of floors (vynil, wood, & carpet) in my household. I was most impressed with the deep cleaning it gives carpet, and the laser is most helpful in darker areas. I would recommend still using a swiffer or other mop type on vynil, tile, and wood after vacuuming for ridding spots and getting that extra shine. So far I only have 2 downsides for this model: 1. It's fairly small trash container, but it isnt much of an inconvenience if used regularly. 2. Cleaning its components after each use (frequency of use may also help in this area).
