I love my Dyson. This is replacing my older corded animal ball because I wanted something a bit more versatile and light weight. The battery is enough to complete my entire house, including carpeted and laminate flooring. It is so versitile that I also can take it out with me when I go RVing.

This is an amazing vacuum! I love that it is light weight and so easy to use. It does a good job on wood floors and carpets with corresponding attachments.

Recently moved into a new house and was in the market for a new vacuum. I have always used cheaper versions that try to compete with Dyson and I am not sure I would ever go back. It’s a bit expensive but the results speak for itself. I am both amazed and disgusted by the amount of dirt and debris it collects. I also love having the attachment with the laser/light. I can vacuum in the dark and it ensures I don’t miss anything major. Spending the extra money is worth it

This is a great vacuum. Powerful and lightweight. The only complaint is that the canister is small so you need to dump it often and that's not so easy to do without making a mess. But I would still recommend it.

The laser illumination of particles on the floor is actually more useful than I initially thought. The housing on this model is slimmer than others, which may be preferrable to some for wielding around their home.

Overall this vacuum is great at what it does. This is my first Dyson product and was really skeptical about it and was already having doubts before I even got it. Once I tried it out I really love it. It's great on hardwood and tile floors and while a bit loud nothing compared to similar sized vacuums

After years of using well-rated upright vacs, we were shocked at how effective this vacuum is. Glad we got the V12 with the laser on the head- it makes hardwood floor cleaning so easy and effective. The upholstery head get the pet hair off the sofa like nothing we’ve ever seen. Only regret is that we didn’t get the slightly larger V15 for the extra dust capacity. But it’s not too much trouble emptying this one and getting back to cleaning.

This is my first time ever owning a Dyson vacuum, and let me just say that it did not disappoint! It has far exceeded my expectations! The vacuum is not too heavy so it was no problem in using to clean the house! All the attachments also make cleaning the house a whole lot easier and efficient!

I have a 2 story house and lugging my old vacuum was giving me a work out that i did not want. This vacuum is perfect. Light weight and although its capacity isnt as big ive only needed to empty it once after vacumming both stories. To note, 95% of my house is hardwood or laminate so if you have alot of carpet youll probably need to empty it more then onces.

I love my Dyson!! Two years later, it is super easy to use & holds a charge a long time. If you use a regular vacuum on a carpet & then go over the same area with your Dyson, you won’t believe how much is suctioned up!

Been thinking several times if I should purchase this. Dyson did not disappoint. The vacuum power is superb I enjoyed doing the cleaning. It is handy ang charges easily. I like the screen that shows how much battery life is left and a percentage of particles that it gets cleaned. Hands off to this product. A great must’ve. It was great that Best Buy offers financing options.

Absolutely love this vacuum. I really love the green light, as I have animals and it helps me see really what needs to be cleaned. The battery lasts a while! Such a great vacuum worth the price.

Its such a great product easy to move around the house all the attachments are really handy and helpful! Been a parent pf 3 makes quick work of picking up all the dirt you dint see. The battery last a bery long time you will he shocked with all the dirt you will pick up!

I owned the v10 previous to this model. This v12 lasts a lot longer even at max power. My only complaints are the following: 1. There is a button instead of a trigger which makes it harder to turn off during a move from one cleaning area to another. 2. The canister is substantially smaller and requires constant emptying. (On my previous v10 the trigger to dump the canister broke so I hope it’s better in this model since I will be using it a lot more). 3. To use max power you have to push a button like 4 times every time you power on the vacuum, when on the previous model was a switch which I always just kept on max power.

I wanted a vacuum that would easily go under furniture and into tight places. This is perfect! I cringe when I see the debris with the green light, but its very helpful. Vacuuming is not a favorite activity, but my Dyson makes me more efficient and that makes me happy.
