    Dyson Support and Longevity is awful

    I purchased the V15 and am really disappointed in the quality and customer support I’ve received. There is a plastic piece that has fallen off of the main head unit, which makes the vacuum much less effective. There are multiple others online reporting the same thing, and all customer support has done is offer 20% off a product. What happened to their previous long lasting products?

    Great for first couple of uses, rarely used. Battery would not last very long, purchased second battery and filters from Dyson . Still didn’t last, also started to show that it is clogged, when it wasn’t. Shame on Dyson for selling a bad product. I will try to return to store….wish me luck……l

    Dyson just doesn't last - never again!

    This is the 2nd Dyson we bought at Best Buy. The overall starting quality was good, but they don't last and there are always issues. They last about a year or two if you're lucky. Save your money don't buy Dyson unless they improve on their quality. Hundreds of dollars down the drain and constant headaches. Not worth it!

      Hello, this is Adam with Dyson. We're so sorry to hear that you are experiencing low run times with your V8. Your Dyson V8 cordless offers two powerful suction modes - regular and MAX. MAX provides a boost of suction for larger debris or more stubborn messes. This mode should not be utilized for your everyday cleaning, as it will only give you about 7 minutes of run time. Regular suction is generally suitable for every household, and gives up to 40 minutes of run time (30 when using a motorized tool).     Bad Product

    I bought this new and was only able to use it 3 times before it died. I contacted Dyson and they wanted me to send it back to them, I did and it has now been 21 days ago and still no replacement. They got the vacuum in 3 days and I am still waiting for a replacement, I called and they couldn't tall me where my replacement vacuum is. Dyson's quality is not very good. I sent this vacuum back at the first of the month and was expecting a replacement before Thanksgiving and still nothing. I wouldn't recommend buying a Dyson anything these days from the service I have gotten and paying $750.00 for a product that didn't even last more than 2 weeks. My old Dyson V8 lasted for 7 years. Such poor service Dyson. You should have hired more employees to handle holiday business, it took me over an hour to even talk to someone at Dyson and they were no help at all, wasted 2 hours of my life that I will never get back.

    Don't Buy - Best Buy selling fake Dysons

    Don't buy, you will either receive a refurbished, used, in my case a straight up fake Dyson. I have had it confirmed by Dyson after it broke less than a year after I purchased it, and now best buy will not give me back my $700. Best Buy is selling counterfeit items and refusing to reimburse their customers for running scams and selling fake items
