The fluffy head just doesn't work most of the time. I've cleaned it completely. It just doesn't spin. The only way I can get it to spin is to "kick start" it by running it over a rug, then it will spin as long as I keep it running. I am at a loss on what to do. I've watch youtube videos on how to solve the problem but nothing works. I don't know who to get in tough with to fix this. I paid a lot of money for this product and I'm frustrated with it and mad at myself for spending so much on something that doesn't work.

Need to get use to it

So far, it seems to be doing what it is designed to do. However, the top is a lot heavier than I suspected. It wasn't as light as other vacuum sticks I used. Plus, it wasn't a quick interchange between the submarine and carpet vacuum head. Had to try to balance the heavy head while fitting the bottom. I guess I have to try to figure out a technique for it

Disappointed With Dyson

While this is an overall decent product and the convertible mop feature is a great bonus there are problems with the machine. The mop feature is kind of a hassle to clean and dry; and, since it uses water you have to keep it clean and dry regularly. Also there are apparently problems with the battery keeping and holding a charge. Since it was still under warranty I had to request an exchange - which I am still waiting for nearly a month later.

It’s also pretty heavy to maneuver this. In my opinion it’s a great water and time saver on cleaning. It’s also very effective at being hygienic.

I used it myself and I couldn’t stop vacuuming. That green light reveals things on the floor that just gets you addicted to wanting to vacuum. The part that cleans hard floors works wonders too. Very impressive and no regrets.

It does a really great job on both the carpets and hardwood floors. The wet floor cleaner is very cool, much easier to uses than swiffer wets, or a mop. Works much better with a cleaning solution than just plain water.

Does not pickup visible debri without being ran on highest setting, which allows for 5-10 minutes of run time before the battery runs out. Careful plugging it in as the battery is hot enough to burn someone. The mop head releases more water than it picks up, leaving puddles without actually mopping the floor. The dustbin is poorly designed, allowing dirt to gather between the seals and leak out of the canister while cleaning. Cleaning with this vacuum is so frustrating, I really needed a stick vacuum, but I’ll continue to use my upright shark.
