We love this new vacuum. We were looking for a wet/dry option and tried a few others but this is by far the best and really helps to keep the house clean. Great for pets.

This is my first Dyson and I love it, it is very efficient for vacuuming hard floors and carpet but the mopping attachment is fair since is useless with liquid spills, but don't get me wrong it is still doing a good job getting my floors clean and I love the idea of mopping with clean water the whole time

This is everything I hoped it would be! I love the submarine head and it’s so easy to clean and reuse. It really cleans the hardwood beautifully with just water! The other attachments work so well. I hesitated because of the cost but it was truly worth it.

So cool and convenient Now we can thoroughly clean our floors especially the kitchen!

Expensive - but noce to have one unit for everything. The fluffy head attachment with the light is much more useful than i thought itd be.

Do your research. Understand the submarine attachment is not a suction mop and you’ll be happy with your purchase! It’s best suited for mopping up foot prints and minor messes. It works like a squeegee. A bit heavier than I expected with the submarine attachment loaded. Would be better if Dyson sold the submarine head as an add on for the regular detect model. I have always used a Bona hardwood mop on my floors, sometimes a swiffer wetjet. I mop daily. I was shocked at how dirty the water was after first use. This leaves hardwood floors a little damper than I prefer so I walk around in a towel behind it.

This is one of the type of products that it’s different and unique compared to other brand, satisfaction is guarantee!!

It’s great but my only feedback is that it can be heavy to carry.

I like the vacuum, but I do have some issues with it. First, it is being used in the Tennis Pro Shop at my work, and we have Har-Tru clay courts. Not your typical thing to be vacuuming, and this vacuum struggles. It builds up in the head, and then falls out randomly. It has also stiffened the turn ball and sometimes the head won’t move. The filter also clogs all the time. Now I realize Har-Tru is tough material to vacuum, but I thought this obe could have handled it. I find I have to do a sweep to clear most clay, and then it works great when I do a quick vacuum between walk thrus. But as soon as there is any build up it starts to struggle.

Overall a good buy. I am a fan of Dyson and this profuct dis not dissapoint. I love the way they floors are aftwr the mop feature. Only one thing-its kinda hard to put togetehr the wet extension after refilling it with the water.

It works great. I havent used the mop option, but the vacume works really great.

The vacuum is obviously state of the art. The mop floor cleaning part is better than you would expect. Although it’s not the strongest, it is a good start to a mop and vacuum in one. It is also incredibly easy to clean, and operate.

Love love looovvee! It makes celaning so much easier and actually a bit fun. Totally recommend!
