This cordless vacuum is lightweight and really has great suction. It is easy to dump out and keep on going. However, the battery life is short, especially if using the max suction setting. If you plan ahead, do a couple of rooms, recharge while cleaning, then do a little more, it is not a problem. Easy to switch between different attachments - they simply click in and click out.

Looking for a good hand vac. Decided to go with the stick vacuum as it had more potential for use. Kind of pricey but so far worth the money.

Never thought I'd buy a Dyson but wife saw this cordless beast and wanted it for our 2-story home. Battery life sucks but if you researched before purchase, then it's not a surprise. I'm able to do family room, kitchen, stairs, and 2 rooms on a single charge. If you're strategic, then it's not a problem. Light weight, good suction, and love all the attachments. Enjoy!

Love this thing. Its light and powerful. Cleans the floor, windows, walls, spiders webs and anything small. Worth the price! Very portable.

I've been shopping for a cordless, light weight sweeper for 3 years. I am 62 and 3 years ago I suffered a concussion. Since then I have to be very careful I don't fall. Cords are a problem. This sweeper is light weight, cordless and has suction better than my Electrolux! It does have a 20 min run time but the job it does is worth it. I definitely recommend this sweeper.

Easy to use and light which makes it very convenient. No bags or cords as well. Only shortcoming is battery life. I am very happy with vacuum.

I love this Vaccum. It is so much more versitle than anything I've had before. The attachments that come with are all perfect and expand the ways I can clean. It is very powerful for its size and the bsttery time suits me well, although I worry that It won't be enough some times. It was also a great price when I purchased it so that makes me like it even more.

The power is so much more than I expected for a cordless. Battery time will limit our use to our hardwood floors and our carpeted stairs.

The V6 Absolute Bagless Dyson is their best cordless vacuum yet, I have had three Dyson's over several years and this one really gets the job done, its smaller than my previous hand held unit, and it includes many more attachments, the long wand/stick gives it the versatility to reach all the tough spots a hand held alone can't reach. The cordless feature is a must, it has a more powerful motor and the battery keeps the power constant.

The Dyson is worth every dollar they charge! The v6 Absolute has so many features. You can even use it in your car. Very powerful and lightweight.

This is a great product. It has the suction power of a corded version but is lightweight and easy to stow away. I would have given this a 5 star but the charge does not last as long as I would expect for the cost of the item and for the product being a Dyson. Otherwise, I have been using it on my vinyl floors in the kitchen which have various ridges and various rugs. It picks everything up. Even the rug sometimes.

Our old cordless was wearing out and our daughter has the V6 animal and loves it and told us to try it. I am work in the yard a lot and in the garage and constantly track in dirt, leaves, etc. It is a source of contention in our 41 years of marriage. My wife is not nagging me as much now about my messes since it gives her a chance to Play with the new vacuum. It also works well on spot vacuuming the carpet. I had no trouble hanging the bracket on a stud. Some folks had complained about it falling down --- they need a little sense about them

I LOVE this vacuum. I own a full size Dyson that will now be going up for sale. This compact vacuum, does the job, takes up zero floor space (with wall hanging system) and is so easy to maneuver in even the tightest spaces. I have 2 complaints that do not make me love this vacuum any less. First, why have a wall hanging unit that does not hold ALL of the attachments it comes with? This makes no sense to me. Second, the battery life is SUPER short (Dyson claims 6 minutes but I haven't timed it). If you are the person that vacuums your entire house in one session, this will definitely frustrate you. I normally clean one room at a time and the portability and easy of use outweighs the battery life dilemma for me. I would also say that if you own a full-size Dyson, you know the EXTREME suction of these things and this pint-sized one is just not as powerful. However, it still cleans great. You just cant suck up a bowling ball like you probably can on the full-size. =)

The best vacuum i have ever tried. The part I like the most about it is the convenience of having a strong sucking power in a cordless device.

Let me start off by saying this is our family's first Dyson vacuum. We have previously owned a Hoover or Shark. I wanted a cordless, and while it does have a hefty price tag, it is worth EVERY penny. It exceeds our expectations. We have a mixture of hardwoods and carpet in our home, and I bought the absolute because it came with all of the attachments. The first time I used it, I was amazed at how much dust, dirt, etc, came out of our carpet and rugs. The cordless feature is the main reason I bought this vacuum. It is so easy to grab off the wall mount and quickly vacuum high traffic areas daily (if you are a neat freak like me!). I also use this in place of my daily broom sweeping. While others may still prefer a broom and dustpan, I love that it sucks up all of the particles that I would normally "stir" and sweep up (making it better for my allergies). The battery does last about 20 minutes on normal power mode, and 7 minutes on max. I only use the max power to vacuum large and thick spills. The regular mode is long enough for me to vacuum 4 bedrooms and 4 area rugs, and still have power left. I think it is efficient and you can vacuum much quicker than hassling with a corded vac. All being said, invest in this vacuum!

I absolutely love my dyson! I can't believe I waited this long to purchase it. I seriously enjoy vacuuming now and pick it up several times a day. It's so lightweight and convenient. I chose this model over the Animal because of the 2 heads which was such a good call. I have mostly hardwood floors with a couple rugs and it's great to have the option to switch them. So happy with it. And the charge is absolutely fine - haven't had and issue with the battery running out before I've cleaned.

Excellent vacuum. I can't express how happy I am with this product. My major concern before purchasing was the battery life as some people mentioned that it wasn't enough time. However, for my needs it's enough time. It does last about 20 minutes when using it in the regular setting and less than that when used at the maximum level. Nonetheless, the regular setting is more than enough suction power for me. It's very powerful.

The Dyson cordless stick vacuum is very easy to use and very light weight. We have pets and it cleans up the hair easily.

This product is great and surpasses my expectations for its performance and how powerful it is for being so lightweight.
