After reading reviews I was concerned about battery life but it hasn’t been a problem. Picks up a ton of yucky stuff from the carpet and makes you realize what a sub optimal flooring option it is. But if you have it, this is the tool too keep it clean!

This vaccum is a but pricey for the quality of it. It doesn't last very long and the suction isn't that great. It can't pickup a potato chip sometimes. The suction port is too small that it gets stuck very often.

Wow, I can not say enough good things about this vacuum. This is my 3rd Dyson I purchased from Best Buys Deal of the Day(different floors of the house) and my favorite because of the ability to use it on furniture, drapes, baseboards and stairs. Great vacuum!

Works well when it's working. Can only vacuum 1-2 areas on a charge. Takes a while to recharge. After 11 months, it's dead and I haven't had time to call support yet.

I don't know if I could use this to vacuum the whole house, but when I do one room it works great. Used it both on hardwood floors and carpet. My only "negative" comment would be the vacuum base has room for 2 tools but come with 4 (??)

Every rating I saw said this was the handheld vac to get and were they ever right. Easy to handle, care for and clean - it is amazing. I will never go back to a large model when I can get better performance from a unit the weighs less than half as much.

This is our second Dyson. We still have and use our short hand held unit but wanted a unit with a longer attachment and "broom" feature. This is great for moving around the house quickly. The battery life is better than I anticipated!

The Dyson - V6 Animal Bagless Cordless Stick Vacuum maneuvers well in tight spaces. The suction is acceptable in forward movement, but the vacuum sometimes fails to pick up light-weight paper fragments in the backward movement.

Very powerful vacuum but the battery doesnt last long enough to vacuum whole house. Becomes a little frustrating when you have to stop vacuuming to charge the battery, other than that it is a great vacuum.

My wife bought this vacuum and I really was like it was a waste of money but after a try one time and let me tell you! Is amazing I been looking for a vacuum like this for years . Excellent for the car the stairs and better than a broom for sure !

I have Hard Wood Floor / Tile and Carpet mix. This unit sucks it all up. Very Happy with this purchase. It is so easy to grab and do a quick job on the main areas of the house runs on turbo for about 20 minutes. No cords to drag...it rocks!!

Battery stopped working after 3 months of pretty limited usage. Even with good battery the limited life span is just a huge pain. The dirt container is small and hard to clean. It doesn't seem build for longevity.

This did a great job of vacuuming up all the dog hair in my car - on the seats, in between them, on the carpet/floors! Also does great in the house - especially on the hard wood floors/tile. So-so on the carpet, but if I need to vacuum the carpet, I use the larger vacuum.

Dyson products cost more, but do what the say. I bought the V6 stick animal vacuum, because we have 2 cats and 1 dog. They like to play around a lot and that leaves hair. This picks the hair up good and don't have to get the big sweeper out.

I have a one bedroom apartment and a dog and the vaccuum itself works great. What I wasnt happy about was that Dyson couldnt provide two screws for the wall mount. Im glad I got this on sale because I would have been extra aggravated. Two screws? Really?

This purchase is a Christmas gift for a family member so I haven't actually used the product but the reviews were excellent. I also had several recommendations from people who own Dyson vacs and love them. Best Buy price was very good.

We have a lab and this works so much better on capturing all the dog hair. Sweeping seems to just send it flying and this is perfect! It is super light and the wall-mounted charging dock is the best. This is great for wood/tile floors!

Powerful vacuum for hardwoods, tile and area rugs. Wife loves its maneuverability on the stairs so that she does not have to lug around our larger upright Dyson. Only complaint is I wish the docking station was capable of holding all the attachments.

Very excited at first to use a vacuum of this type, the battery power is an issue. Real life hold is only about 10 min. Don’t feel it has enough power

Picks up great, on all surfaces and is likely to become a job I don't hate anymore. Buy one. The only drawback is how expensive it is and I deducted two stars for that alone... It is out of reach (price wise) for most people.
