Battery died after 2 months
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this vacuum beginning of July 2018 was happy to renew my old vacuum after couple days research and reading couple reviews my choice got on dyson v6 animal I liked this vacuum a lot have good suction but after 2 months it failed after talking with dyson costumer service I found out that it’s battery issues and they will send me a new battery but they don’t have stock and they will have in a week and they will send me an email for delivery information wich I didn’t receive , after a week and couple days I decided to call dyson once again and I was told they sending the battery and I should receive in 10-15 business days, really 300$ vacuum and I have to wait 4 weeks for replacement part very disappointed in dyson if I could return it definitely do it.

Dyson V6 vacuum cleaners have a run-time enhancing trigger. Battery power is only used when the trigger is pushed – it is not wasted when moving from room to room, or moving around obstacles. All of our cordless units do come switched on to MAX mode out of the box, otherwise, when not set to MAX mode, a full charge gives 20 minutes of fade free power or 17 minutes when using the motorized floor tool.

The only thing we are dealing with it digging in the dirt container to get out all the stuck dog hair and dirt. Because it’s a small capacity container - it’s a constant struggle.

stopped working

I have called multiple times to dyson but still only works for a few minutes at a time.

Great Vacuum for the price

The V6 Animal came with extra brushes which came very handy. 20 mins of running time is enough for me, would highly recommend this product.

Portable, but battery not up to par

Thank you for your review. You may be interested to know that Dyson machines are constructed from a tough thermoplastic used to make light, rigid and molded products. It has good shock absorbing properties and is used to make car bumpers, crash helmets and modern golf club heads.
