The unit runs for less than ten minutes and then is out of juice. With each re-charge the battery life gets shorter. Mine is down to about 10 seconds of power now. Don't buy

Unit battery doesn't last more than 7 minutes at best and if you use the extra power booster, then the overall usage time comes down to about 4 minutes. Had another wired Dyson for over 6 years and this unit falls way short of that unit's performance. The unit will not pick up leaves nor blades of grass that adhere to our shoes from time to time. Instead of picking them up, it fires them back toward the user. I't going back as soon as the holiday return rush is over.

Posted .Thank you for your review on the V6 Motorhead. The V6 is a great cordless for in between cleanings, quick clean ups or small areas as it does feature 20 minutes of constant suction in standard mode and 6 minutes on MAX power for tougher jobs.

Problem after problem

So called Dyson, they told me to send it back for repair. It came back after two weeks. It worked ok for 2 weeks now when I use it, it is intermittently working. press the button and it starts and stops and again starts and stops. I wish I can get money back from dyson. I am calling them again. I am so not satisfied with product. When the product is that expensive, at least, I would expect it works flawlessly. JUNK!!!

This is a feature built into all Dyson cordless machines to alert the user when an obstruction is present. Therefore, it is just a matter of locating and removing the obstruction.
