We love this vacuum! We have hard wood floors through the whole house and this makes it so much easier to keep them clean. Powerful suction and good battery life. Pricey, but worth the money, in my book.

So nice to not have a cord dragging around. Charge lasts for full floor cleaning. Small canister needs to be emptied often, but that's okay since it is a great machine with great suction. The full size vacuum is extremely heavy and hard to push around which is why I opted for the stick vacuum.

Light weight with great suction. Really gets at the dog hair. Wish it was a little easier to get the hair out though.

This is a great unit for the price. Yes, the battery does not last all day. Yes the trash reservoir is on the small side. But if you want an easy to use small vacuum to do a room or a couple rugs at a time this is the unit. GREAT Suction and very easy to use.

This vacuum is the best! Easy and very good suction. Great if you have a pet who sheds.

The unit is very easy to use and traction is great. I just wish it held more. I have to dump it out after every room.

This is the first "high-end" vacuum that my wife and I have owned, and it is vastly superior to the older big-box "value" model that we have been using for many years. We have a 2000 sq. ft. two story-home with various flooring surfaces (hardwood, area rugs, tile, etc.), and the Dyson moves from surface to surface with ease. I always thought we kept a pretty clean house. Nope. The first few times we used this we had to empty the canister multiple times each use. It was amazing the increase in the amount of dirt and cat hair (We have one cat.) that this picked up in comparison to our old vacuum. The vacuum is light so it is easy to carry from floor to floor, and we can do a basic cleaning of both floors on a single charge. I say basic cleaning, as we have run out of power once when we were really doing a thorough cleaning involving vacuuming the furniture, moving bookshelves, etc. Personally, I will likely never buy a non-Dyson vacuum again.

Enjoy light weight and easy handling. Great for inbetween deep cleanings. Easy to clean under beds.

This little dyson is fantastic. I also have the dyson ball. For a cordless this has great suction, light weight and very agile for a vacuum.... I did knock 1 star off because the battery life is not as long as I would prefer. Other than that, it's awesome. :)

I have a cat like personality when it comes to vacuums. I hate them with the fiery passion of a thousand suns. So when I used this Dyson V6 cordless animal at a friends while pet sitting, my life was forever changed. No longer would I have to find an outlet only to plug and unplug the 20 feet of tangled cord to move from room to room. No longer would I have to clean the vacuum outside because it would create a dust cloud that rivals wild west duels. Finally I would actually vacuum. So I brought it home, wondered what all the bazillion attachments where for, and put this baby to the test. And boy did it suck. In a good way of course. I practically lifted the rug up the suction was so powerful. Would buy again. The only down side is it dies fairly quickly and will have to be charged often, but if you have the vacuuming stamina that I posess, it is perfect, about 20-25 minutes.

I love this vacuum cleaner! We are living in a 30' Airstream while searching for homes and exploring the country. We have two furry dogs that shed, bring in sand, leaves, even Spanish moss. If I wasn't able to use the Dyson everyday I would be going crazy! This is my second Dyson. The first lasted almost 10 years (and I used it a lot!)

We were originally skeptical about the vacuum's ability to keep up with our cleaning demands. We have a 2200 sqft house and were not sure what this vacuum would be able to do. This machine allowed us to clean all the floors. The battery truly only lasts 20 minutes, but it isn't constantly running so it allows for a large area of cleaning. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Your get what you pay for. First purchased a Shark stick (corded) vacuum. Does a good job, but when the wife saw the animal cordless stick vacuum on sale she wanted to try it. Ended up being more powerful and with the extra accessories it was a better choice, more expensive, but worth the extra after using both. So if you want the best cleaning, the most choices on accessories and you can afford it, the Dyson is your best choice. One wish, one complaint. Wish it had the HEPA filter, I couldn't justify spending the extra $$ to get the unit with the HEPA filter. The complaint is the battery life. You're lucky to get 10-15 mins in high suction mode, 15-25 in normal mode. Dyson should create a system with removable batteries like cordless drills have. Also it's not a fast charger, takes a few hours to fully charge. For me this is a second vacuum, to do the things my Dyson upright is to bulky to do. Spot cleaning, furniture, stairs, AC vents, tile floors and some carpets. When I want to deep clean I bring out the upright.(Also a Dyson animal) I have four dogs :-)

Nice vacuum with great suction power. Cordless feature makes it great for cars.
