My first Dyson and I love it. Bought it along with my Roomba after putting in hardwood floors at my house. Long lasting charge and powerful suction, lots of attachments. Can't ask for much more!!

Love the power, but after fully charged, it doesn't last long. If I'm lucky I can tackle 2 rooms. I kinda have to go fast cuz I'm always anticipating it dying on me. Expensive so would think battery should last longer.

Met our expectations does a good job in cleaning the carpet.

Being in the commercial vac industry for 30 years it's very hard to by retail units . The power of the unit is great and serves a lot of niche areas . Battery is definitely lacking in run time . But it's good for interim cleaning

Very powerful vacuum and extremely easy to use. Great for small spaces and quick jobs. The attachments make cleaning our entire place much simpler and quicker to get done as well.

This has the most suction I have ever seen. It pulls an incredible amount of dust out of carpets I thought were clean. The only drawback is that you have 20 minutes maximum time available.

The Dyson V6 Animal Cord Free Vacuum is light weight and powerful in tackling pet hair on both carpets and hard wood floors. It is easy to charge and easy to use on a daily basis.

Great cordless vacuum. I looked at many cordless vacuums before this purchase. This is extremely lightweight, is SO easy to use, and gets into many tight spots. Couldn't ask for more suction.

I just bought this one to replace my old Dyson. This one has much more power and picks up everything with ease. A very well made machine and super easy to use and to maintain.

This unit is very powerful and also very handy to have in the kitchen for quick messes. Not meant for whole house due to length of battery time, but it is powerful enough to do the entire house.

I can’t imagine using anything else now that I’ve seen the amount of hair and dirt that is being removed from my regularly vacuumed carpets. Giving this a five even with the one challenge with this vacuum is that it clogs regularly... don’t let that stop you from purchasing though. It clogs because the suction is so effective, the sheer volume of gunk stops it up. Pretty easy to empty the chamber but takes some getting used to and must study the directions to get it opened all the way, otherwise you find yourself picking out the hair wads around the edges of the cylinder. I’ve had Oreck, Kenmore, Electrolux, this is the best!

We have great experience with Dyson for years. This powerful vacuum works perfect for times you don't want to take out the big vacuum. Easy for doing stairs as well and a great investment

After going through several rechargeable stick vacuums, I decided to spend the extra money and try Dyson. I wish I would have bought Dyson years ago. The Dyson Animal has great power and I can vacuum two rooms with hardwood floors, two rooms with carpet, some furniture, and the stairs before the battery needs to be recharged (about 30 minutes). This vacuum is amazing at removing cat and dog hair from the furniture. Our upright vacuum is difficult to use on the stairs, but the Dyson is great for stairs. My only complaint about the animal is that it is so good at gathering dirt that I usually have to empty the dust chamber multiple times per charge.

This is our second "animal" and my wife made me buy this because it was on sale and is a terrific product. With the sale price around the holidays, it allows us to have one of the upstairs and one downstairs, making quick clean-ups an incredible snap. Overtime, every vacuum appears to run into troubles, and the issue we have had with this type is that over time, it does begin to smell. So, to have two units and less wear, I think we have the cost effective luxury of having two very manageable, grab and use machines that are fun to use and give you little reason not to do those interim quick clean-ups.

this is a must- the dyson does not take up any room, is light, and you stand up to vacuum. No bending over and lifting. very good for dog hair which was my main purpose for buying it.
