I own a dyson ball but it is quite heavy and the difficult to clean the stairs with the wand. I purchased this mostly for the stairs and the car. For that purpose it works well. It is light and portable. However the charge only works for 20 minutes if you don’t use the power brush or max suction feature. With the brush and max suction it lasts 6 minutes.

I love this vacuum - so easy to use and has great suction. Stored it on the wall in the laundry room!

My Dison V6 animal vacuum is easy to us, easy to store, and has great suction power. I am very pleased with its performance.

I was skeptical about this hand vacuum but it works great. Only negative think to say is that I need to empty canister often.

Great for quick clean ups or whole house cleaning. About the time I'm tired if vacuuming, it needs to be charged. Perfect

Purchased the Hand Held Dyson Animal for quick cleaning and convenience on hardwood floors, in the kitchen, and stairs. I own multiple Dysons and without a doubt it is the best vacuum brand I have ever owned. Based on the brand and previous history I am very satisfied and would HIGHLY Recommend the product. The price point is on the high side but the quality and performance more than justify. Using it to clean will put a smile on your face and you'll be happy you bought.

I bought the dyson v6 animal cordless stick vacuum for myself during Black Friday and loved it. So, I bought the v7 for my mom, thinking that v7 would be stronger, etc. it’s great but the only drawback is mine came with an attachment that makes it easy to use the vacuum as a handheld and for stairs, but this one does not. I even went to the dyson website to see if I could buy the attachment but it’s not available for this model? I would stick to the v6 animal instead!

The Dyson is awesome, light, powerful and easy to use. The only thing holding back five stars is that the bucket fills up to fast and shuts the vacuum down.

The vacuum is lightweight and works fine. I am very disappointed in the run time of the vacuum. Probably partly my fault for not researching more.

I would buy it again. It easy to use a move around. It picks up as good or better than a $800 unit we already own.

Works well! Very lightweight with good suction. Very convenient to take throughout house or maybe use to clean the car.

I purchased this vacuum primarily for using in my vehicle while driving for a company requiring me to transport passengers. The ability to have a high quality vacuum on hand with out stopting at a car wash was extremely important as I need to ensure my car is spotless. There are 2 issues, however. The battery life, and dog hair. I have a dog with long white hair that it seems to have a hard time picking up front certain surfaces (tested on microfiber couch, pretty much won't pickup 75% if the dog hair). Besides that it works very well for what I actually require it for.

Have really enjoyed this vacuum cleaner. Light weight and easy to use. Great for quick cleaning.

Love this vacuum! Simple, easy to move from room to room. Only challenge is that the canister has to be emptied often.

This is the cordless vacuum that we needed, but didn’t know we needed. This Dyson does a great job getting up all the pet hair off of the hardwood. Carpeted floors are also no match for this powerful vacuum. If you’re looking to replace your main vacuum buy the V10. If you’re looking for a secondary vacuum to help with dusting, sweeping, couches, car vac ect. then the V6 animal and all the attachments that are included is the way to go.

Excellent for vacuuming the steps in my house. I have 3 dogs and this makes cleaning my the dog hair up easier
