Picks up everything! Our lab sheds ALOT but with this little guy there's absolutely no hair left. Only minor issue is the battery. It only lasts about 15 min but I have a Roomba so I don't need to vacuum whole house. Dyson picks up the remainder that roomba doesn't catch.

We had older version of this vacuum and it cracked when my 8 year old dropped it. We had the warranty and Best Buy replaced it with this amazing upgrade. It has an attachment for the couch that rotates with the curve of the couch. Very strong suction. Easy dirt disposal.

I waited too long to get a Dyson, and was excited when this went on sale for black friday. I love how easy it is to store and to use, and having a cat and hard wood floors it has been a god send in picking up all the hair balls. I great product for pets and small spaces.

This was my first Duson purchase. I never understood the hype. I’m now a believer. Love this rechargeable vacuum . Works great. I’m not sure if you could use it to clean a whole house without needing to recharge but we use it a lot and love it.

We decided on this vacuum because it is lightweight and made specifically for pet hair. It works great most of the time, but we've noticed sometimes that the motor will start pulsating until we clean out the filter. It would be no issue if it was every once in awhile; however, we have had it happen multiple times a day.

As a pet owner I really recommend this vacuum. It’s perfect for a small apartment

This vacuum is just what I needed. It stores easily on the wall in my coat closet and I can quickly pull it out to vacuum up crumbs and spills and stuff that comes in on the pets' feet. My house seems much cleaner because I now vacuum several times a week!

Really sleek. Does a better job than the bulky kind. I dont think i will ever get anything else than a dyson.

This vacuum makes life a lot easier. Most of the vacuums purchased in the past were too heavy for me going up/down the stairs or trying to vacuum the stairs. I have the original and the battery lasts 20 mins or so. I can get most of the upstairs done before the battery wears off. I do love using this vacuum on the dog beds. It is light and cuts my vacuuming time in half. I love the cordless feature....no more worries about where the cord is or if the cord will unplug if I go too far away or if the cat unplugged it! (Yes, my old cat use to unplug all my vacuums!). The amount of hair it sucks up is awesome. When I first got this vacuum, I was using it every other night because it was just that much fun! No more lugging around a vacuum that weighs more than I do! Thank you Dyson! I just wish I had the newer version that lasts like 40 mins! :) P.S. Great for a house with or without animals!

The battery takes a long time to be fully charged and it runs only for 20 minutes, can not buy a spare battery if I need to. lots of suction power. There is no switch on/off. have to squeeze the on/off bottom for 20 minutes during vacuum.

This is my second purchase. I received this vacuum as a gift several years ago and love it. The I have never had the battery give out before me It does a nice job picking up on bare floors or use the max on area rugs for a nice clean. I am buying this one for my Mom.

Exactly what I was looking for to use on quick clean ups - The battery did run short once so far, but I was using it longer than I normally do. I plan to pay better attention to this over the next few uses to make sure it continues holding the charge for a reasonable amount of time.

This was bought as a replacement unit to a unit that was only 4 months old and stopped functioning correctly. So far it is good, just hope i don't have to go through this again and replace this so soon too! MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION, MADE THIS IS EASY TO BE REPLACED!!!!!

In our current home, we have hardwood and tile downstairs. This little vacuum is the perfect tool to handle all of the different flooring styles. It's light, quick-charging, and the accessories are wonderful. So glad I bit the bullet and purchased it. You should, too!

I bought this for r my wife as a surprise, she loves it! We have a full size Dyson animal vacuum that we have had for 8 years that has been great but wanted something easier for small messes and the ability to grab it on the go. It's very durable and it does the job

Best Buy had the best deal on this vacuum. I looked everywhere and at Best Buy I could buy it at the best price. And it comes with 2 year of Geek Squad for a small fee. It's so much easier to clean rugs, under beds, the stairs. I am so very pleased. Thank you

Liked it so much I bought another for our condo. Well designed, compact, and very efficient. Don't be bothered by limited battery time, it covers most jobs before needing recharged, as long as you don't try to use it as a replacement to your vacuum cleaner.

Moved out of the Hoover cordless stick vacuum into the Dyson. Dyson is super convenient and is always ready to go. Smallish dust cup but that is trade off necessary to make this ultra compact. It does from time to time struggle to grab a larger crumb but is quite good at picking up dust from hard floors.
