Picked this up on sale, was excited to try it out. First and foremost, the suction, balance, weight, and how the accessories go on and off it brilliant. A very well designed product. Four versus five stars are for two things. First the battery life, while 20 minutes is not bad, it is not great given how long it takes to recharge. If they had a rapid charger that would make all the difference in the world, but 3 hours for a recharge, minus a half star. The other half star deduction is for the power "switch". It is not an on or off button. It is a trigger that you have to constantly apply pressure. Really? A vacuum that you have to hold down the button to keep it running. Seems silly.

I purchase this to make my busy life easier to skip sweeping an entire house. I have regular tiles in my floors, and the bristles dont scratch my floors at all. I love this item!

Our dog is a short haired shed monster... this has my wifes seal of approval for picking up after sheddy the bear... she doesn't give much 2 thumbs up!

Ok, so I was always against spending this much money on a vaccum, but I freaking love this thing. I am a Dyson lover for life now!!!!!! :-)

Love it, can’t complain. Dyson is always solid. Works as expected and has a decently long charge. Does a good job on hardwood, too!

Bought this as a gift for our mom since the one we have does it all .No problems in picking up the pet hair whether on wood floor or carpet

Great vacuum for every day use, picks up my long hair German Shepherds fur without clogging. And love the handheld attachment. Best cordless vac I have ever used.

Great for when you dont want to have to drag the vacuum out. Makes spot cleaning effortless and the attachments are very useful!

I have a V6 hand vacuum, which I use regularly. Recently, shoulder surgery left me unable to push the regular floor vacuum, and I decided to take advantage of a Best Buy sale and try this extended version. It works very well on my thick, low pile carpeting, and has enough battery to allow me to do a whole room and more. Once my shoulder is back in working order, I'll use this for quick cleanups between major vacuumings. By selecting the V6 variant, I'm also able to interchange parts with the hand vac. For me, this was a very good purchase.

The vacuum itself works amazing. There is nothing it doesn’t clean. However, the battery only last from 5 minutes to maximum 15. I exchanged a lower model to this one because right on the box, it states, battery last for 30 minutes. It’s brand new and i cannot get it to last over 15 minutes. Probably in one year it’s going to be junk.

Excellent cordless vacuum for everyday clean ups and cleaning smaller areas. However, run time is approximately 20 minutes and isn't sufficient for larger areas using a single charge.

It is great in every aspect that you expect from a dyson for the exception of the battery time. I cannot vacuum the whole home onn1 charge. So vacuum downstairs morning and upstairs evening.

Surprised the wife with this vacuum, having multi cats it was time to find a light, easy to use, efficient new vacuum, We sure found it!

Easy to use. But the main disadvantage power will not last more than 25 minutes. Then picking hair out from the brush is a real hard job.

My wife and I bought this to supplement our Roomba. It nice and light. Get places where the Roomba can't. Everyone loves cleaning with it!

Very satisfied with this cordless vac. It's very light and easy to use. The only drawback is having to keep the power button pressed down during operation.

This is probably the best vacuum i have ever used. It is small and still packs a big punch from little spills to large rooms. The only thing i can say bad is the battery doesnt last that long.

I love these vacuum, because it cleans good. I have the big dyson and they are the best. Specially if you have pets in your house.

Great vacuum for a small apartment. Have used on carpet and hardwood both work well. Would not recommend for larger rooms due to size.
